The manager and the staff were amazing - we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and they were very helpful and got us moved to another room. I wish there were some more options for food, and was disappointed that the bar was not staffed, but the inn was beautiful and the atmosphere relaxing!

We had a really wonderful visit at the Inn at Diamond Cove. It was a special adventure and the staff tried to work with us to help us enjoy our visit after arriving very late at night for a one night /one day stay. We knew nothing about the inn or the island's history so it was a leap of faith and well worth it.

It’s magical to take the ferry to this inn. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are personable, and the amenities are bountiful. We stayed one night at the b very start of the season and were treated so well! We’re coming back for a longer stay so we can enjoy it again. This is a unique stay and one we will remember for its quaint beauty and unique charm. Be prepared to walk, but the inn has shuttles from the dock.

When we arrived from the ferry there was no one from the property to greet us so a person from the community offered us a ride close to the property but we still had to walk a bit. When we finally arrived at the hotel the check in process was relatively smooth and the staff was helpful, but there was no indication on how to find our room. There is no dinner service at the property so one must either walk or ask for a ride on a golf cart to get to the restaurant at the dock.

The island is beautiful! The stay at the hotel was okay, the staff were amazing, funny, and friendly. However a lot of items at the hotel needed repair it felt like. The hot tub jets didn’t work, but it was still nice and warm. The worst part was that the A/C in the room didn’t work it was so hot, they did offer us fans but it was terrible. We tried to keep the door open but bugs kept coming in. Again the staff were amazing, just for the price and the current conditions of the hotel it was not worth it. Once they get the A/C fixed and put some TLC into the pool area and decks of the rooms it would be worth it. They did have complementary snores and games!!

The property was beautiful, the rooms were beautiful the staff was very friendly and helpful . The trails were nice walking the beach was so very cool. The dinning wasn’t very good but they were accommodating .
-
Such an amazing property, felt like stepping into a Hallmark movie, the rooms were spacios and decorated beautifully, the staff was amzing. I wish I could have stayed there for at least a week.

Inn was overpriced ($600/night) for what you get. Limited food options and expensive based on quality. Nowhere to pick up a quick sandwich or muffin or fruit or yogurt…The food service was VERY slow ( min of 1.5 hr every time). Our breakfast was cold and overcooked. After waiting, entree never arrived and they had run out. Hot tub was broken and staff had no idea when it would be fixed. Ac was overloaded and didn’t work on arrival. Website indicates yoga on Sundays but was not accurate. Inn is inland not directly on the water.

The property is beautiful and the staff is always pleasant and talkative. However, since checking out there was an extra charge added to my card of a little over $100. I reached out to the Cove and was asked to send an email providing proof. Three days passed and I called numerous times with no answer to my calls or email. During my stay I had issues where I was charged almost $600 but was told it was due to booking with a 3rd party (Expedia). While that issue was resolved before check out I was not informed of any other charges outside the resort fee for after check out.
