Unfortunately, hot tub was drained & non-functional. But, there was no warning tape or caution signs around it & we were worried a child might fall or jump in it & be hurt. Otherwise, DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! Susan & Duane Burk

Clean room , AC , ground floor , great ice machine , fair price. The breakfast was better at most best westerns we have stayed at. the fruit and yogurt were low variety.

We had a large group of 11 family members. The staff was always very polite and helpful. They made sure that our rooms were all close together and close to the pool. Food was good for breakfast (very clean), and the pool is just the right size - not too big and not too small. We will definitely be planning more trips to visit our family in Poteau, and this hotel will be the place we choose to stay. BIG THANK YOU TO JAY AND ALL THE REST OF THE STAFF for making our weekend perfect.

Check in was good. The staff at that point were friendly and helpful. Pool was not available to use, door was locked. That is one of the main reasons I chose this place over others in the area and then didn't get to use it. Staff at checkout was not friendly or helpful. Also beds weren't that comfortable and didn't like the half size pillows.

Had a funky smell when we got to our room. But we ran the AC and it went away. Was clean and comfortable.. had a lot of food options nearby as well.

Toilet was obviously dirty Bathroom sink drain was broken Room was hot and stuff. No air was on end of July with 8pm check in. Made it hard to get the room to a decent temperature before bedtime No bag in ice container

The hotel was in great location. Staff was very friendly and parking was easy.

Room was nice & cooled down quickly. It was nice not having to fight the room getting warm during the night. The beds were very comfortable.
