Staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Overall the hotel and our room were clean. The only problems were at night. Some of the other guests were very drunk and vomiting in the BBQ area, which is right next to the main entrance. There were also people obnoxiously doing donuts in the parking lot at around 3am, which was very loud. Maybe the hotel needs better security? By the morning everything felt normal. Nice pleasant breakfast. We appreciated the free 24/7 coffee available in the lobby.

Booked for only one night, but if I go back to this area, I would stay here again. It is a very good option since there is not much to choose from around this location. The property is modern, clean, and up-to-date. The king room had a kitchenette and a very large bathroom/shower. Some crumbs on the living area carpet should have been vacuumed up, and some spots on the bathroom mirror led me to question whether the place was thoroughly cleaned, but other than that, the place was spotless. The breakfast was well-stocked and replenished quickly. There were plenty of choices as well. The only other negative was that the air conditioning in the room didn't go below 67 degrees, and it got warm at night, especially with the bedding.

Beautiful hotel however, we asked the front desk for our room to be cleaned and were told since we were only staying a weekend, it would not be cleaned. I asked, "Can we at least get the bathroom cleaned and some towels?" I also added that there were medical issues in the room. I was then told, they would clean the bathroom. To my disappointment, when I returned to my room from a full day outing, nothing was done. I reported it to the front desk and I was then able to get towels and the trash removed around 11pm that night.

Room was very nice and clean. Front staff was nice. Only issue was room faced a busy road that had trucks up and down it all night. It was hard to get a good night's sleep with all the noise.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. I booked a room for 5 people (2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper) but there was no sofa in my room. I had to book an additional room.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs were over cooked and selection was poor in quality.

The facility was immaculate. The room layout was smart. The bed was comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there! Getting a consistent temp from the shower was a bit fiddly, but that is really all i can think of!
