Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

The only suggestions I have would be to provide dish soap for washing dishes, a larger blanket, and brighter lighting in the room, as it felt a little dark. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. It was a very nice experience for our whole family.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The pool could use a bit more maintenance, as the walls were a little dirty. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

It was great. I will be back.

I liked how spacious the room was for us. The breakfast was portable so we could eat breakfast with our dog. The dog walking area was clean and bags were provided. Snacks were available on site. Nice distance for trip to Beacon.

The upstairs room the we stayed in had a king bedroom with washroom and a king loft with washroom. It had a full kitchen but not alot of plates and cutlery. Breakfast was good but I had better with more selection. Second time there due to the size of the room and I will be back when we visit relatives again.

Very good breakfast with hot food. Wish they had a hot tub and later pool hours (if they ever get a hot tub).

There was one young guy at the front desk who was super sweet and friendly. He was very helpful and directed us to Beacon, a nearby town with quaint shops and places to eat. Another older gentleman was not super helpful- i had to go to the front desk at night because they weren’t answering the phone. There were no sheets/boankets/pillows for the pull out couch anywhere in the room and they didn’t pick up. When I asked for extra towels, sheets, etc , he gave me three extra towels, and two bedsheets (in a garbage bag). No blanket, no pillow. The worst part was that I had booked a refundable stay, and upon receiving the receipt, I realized Expedia had charged me $60 more than the current going rate for the room. The hotel refused to help, and Expedia has failed to budge.

Quite good atmosphere

Very large room, clean and comfortable When we entered the room - at about 11 pm - there was a large, noisy machine for purifying air that gave us a vibe of Chernobyl. A staff person came to take it but wasn't very communicative. There was a strange smell in the room and they had no other room to offer. If wasn't for that, the hotel was great. We booked a room for 3, yet had to ask for extra sheets and a blanket for the third person (a sleeping toddler).

Very spacious and clean. I was very shocked at the layout and comfort The rooms upstairs and downstairs the privacy. The outside patio. They kept talking about grills, I didn't see any but it was still nice there anyway. I wish my partner and I had more time there, we were not in a good place personally but the stay did make the night comfortable. We stayed one of the 2 nights we originally wanted.
