Brasada Ranch

We had such a lovely stay and can’t wait to stay at Brasada again! The room was so clean and all the meals were delicious at the Ranch House. The view was incredible!

The amenities were useless and they were not conveniently located on the property. There is no free breakfast and the food is mediocre. The room was extremely small and the bed was terrible. Hard stress cheap linens and since it’s in a house shared by 3 other guests you can hear everything

Best place I ever stayed at and staff were amazing in the food place and in the entrance…! Loved it!

Great stay! will come back again

My husband and I stayed for two nights while in town for a friend's 30th birthday. While the room itself was beautiful, we spent very little time at the hotel because we were out celebrating with our friends an hour away. My major concerns include:Ignored messages: 1. I tried contacting the property via the Expedia chat several days before arrival to ask about an early check-in, but received no reply. Ironically, they used that exact same chat thread after my stay to ask for my feedback. 2. Missing receipt: Upon checkout, staff promised to email my receipt, but it never arrived. 3. Billing discrepancies: I noticed the card charge for taxes and fees was higher than quoted. After I contacted Expedia, the property finally emailed a receipt claiming I purchased two movies. We were gone for over 10 hours the day of these supposed charges celebrating in another town and did not buy any movies. My follow-up email about these charges days ago has still received no response. Because of this lack of customer service and unresolved billing errors, I will not stay here again.

The property is beautiful, great setting. Food excellent. Really nice gym and pools. We stayed in a cabin and it was stark. That was the only downside.

It was extremely relaxing. We were only there for 1 night but we relaxed so much it felt like a vacation. It is quite, peaceful, and welcoming.

We stayed room 28 A , we were there for our 10 yr anniversary. We appreciated having the balcony with beautiful views and our private outside hot tub. We loved our stay and we believe kitchen is great for larger gatherings ( we didn’t use it much since we ate at restaurants mostly but it’s great for people who want to grill and have fun). I would love to stay again. The bathroom was clean. The ottoman was a little dirty and the floor was vacuumed but unsure if it was mopped ( our child spilled water on the wood floor and when we wiped the floor the napkin was super dirty )

Me gusta mucho brassada pero en esta ocasión la habitación estaba la alfombra muy sucia y la cama no estaba bien arreglada . Además el día que llegamos la piscina la cerraron a las 5 pm por una fiesta privada . Cuando llevas niños la piscina es la mayor atracción allí así que no tuvimos más opciones que salir temprano en un día caluroso .

The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful property with nice facilities. We rented a 2-bedroom house, and it was very nice. The area is beautiful. However, there are some drawbacks and things to know. The Brasada Ranch is a beautiful resort that appears to be largely run by a bunch of teenagers. The staff was friendly, but they mostly appeared to be part-time employees who were working at their summer job. With the exception of the golf pro and the golf Marshall (who were excellent), it felt like all the other staff members, from the front desk to the recreation center to the restaurant, were kind of phoning it in. Not the level of service I expected for a resort of this caliber and for the amount of money I paid. The place is expensive! I also wasn't impressed by the food at the Ranch restaurant. We only ate there once as it didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. I also didn't understand that everyone gets around the property either on golf carts (for a hefty sum per day) or in their car. We walked from our house to the main area, but it was a 15 min walk, and the pathway isn't well lit after dark. It's clear that a lot of people don't walk. It's also worth noting that it is far from Bend - like 35-40 mins drive. I did research the location, but I didn't understand that it takes 35 mins to drive 18 miles in and around that area.

location and views around the property were amazing. Our room was walking distance to all the amenities. This place has it all. The bed was not great. broken down and sank in the middle. killed my back.

The room was big and very comfortable It was a little dark and we didn’t particularly want to see Portland news. The local news would have been better
