Clean and cozy The A/C in our room was very loud, had trouble sleeping at night.

We loved the personal touches... cookies at check-in and mints on our pillows. The smell of smoke was very strong in the common areas. It lingered into the hallways and our room.

The Rooms don't have Mircowaves!! You need to put Mircowave Ovens in the Rooms Or at least put Mircowaves at the front desk and put no Smoking areas People shouldn't have to deal with the smoke it's dangerous to our Health!!!

Price Advertisement said steak dinners and did not specify that the restaurant only open on Friday-Sunday. No place for snacks the store only open Friday-Sunda. Property failing apart. Torn wall paper, broken corners, dirty carpets. The pool also not open ( only open Friday-Sunday. You need to place notification in your advertisements about steak house, pool, and no gift shop/snacks Monday-Friday).

Convenient to work area, clean, spacious I encountered a costly reservation error that I believe warrants a re-evaluation for a refund. while extending my stay via Booking.com for 09/15-09/18, I attempted to add additional nights to my existing stay. The system required me to create a new reservation. In doing so, I mistakenly selected the start date as the night I was already currently occupying a room, effectively creating an overlapping reservation for that single night. Realizing I needed to confirm everything was set up correctly for my ongoing stay, I immediately called your front desk directly from my room phone. I spoke with a staff member, explicitly asking them to: Verify that they could see my new reservation in your system. Confirm that there would be no issues or disruptions with me continuing my stay the following day. Inquire about switching from a double queen room to a single king room for the remaining days. Your staff member confirmed that they could see the new reservation, assured me there would be no issues with my continued stay, and noted that I could move to a king room the following morning. Trusting this confirmation, I packed up my belongings the next morning before heading out to my work site, expecting to check into my assigned king room upon returning that evening. However, when I arrived that evening to pick up my new key, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled as a "no-show" because the new booking had been submitted for the previous night. Had the staff member alerted me during our phone call that my new booking overlapped with my active stay for that same night, I could have immediately canceled or modified the Booking.com reservation within the allowable window. Because I relied on the front desk's explicit confirmation that my reservation was valid and ready for the following day, I was double-charged for that night and subsequently charged a no-show fee/cancellation charge. I subsequently reached out to Booking.

Desk staff was responsive and knowledgeable, even at late check in. Price for room is very good. Plenty to see at location. Rooms, courtyard, and casino floor are clean and maintained. Limited dining options. Less popular areas of hotel are not maintained.

Was awakened twice by false fire alarms. No explanation. First one lasted over fifteen minutes. Carpets were very worn and in a state of neglect and disrepair. Buckled and separating from underlying flooring. Receptionist was bored and uninterested in helping.
