Main Elevator was out of service, so I had to walk all the way down the hall, take the second elevator, then walk all the way back down the hall. Stairwells were dirty, one in my group had a dirty washcloth in his shower. He didn’t think it had been cleaned. One of my bedspreads had a stain on it and the beds weren’t made to the usual hotel standards. It looked like a family operation- it just didn’t have the look of the usual Comfort Inn. My room smelled like smoke and was damp and humid. I had several rooms reserved through Hotels.com and one person checked in before I got there and they gave the room to her under the wrong name which confused the whole check in. Would not recommend staying here. The staff was pleasant, but it was not well managed.

Tv didn’t work, ac was loud

TV didnt work, crickets everwhere, breakfast was not good.

Room type sold as advertised was not available. The room we were placed in was dirty, including floors. One of the beds appeared slept in and had dirty linen. Toilet paper had obviously been pulled, torn and was used and was hanging 2 feet below holder. Towels appeared clean but were not nicely stacked. There were 3 outlet covers on the floor between the beds near the wall. We did not do a micro-inspection; this is simply what we happened to notice. We were tired from long hours on the road and just used the clean bed.

We had a family medical emergency. The motel "manager," as she claimed to be, said she would give us a refund. No refund ever showed up. Also claimed she sent an email confirming said refund. No email ever showed up. Plain and simple, SHE LIED. All for $160 dollars. Next up, a bad Yelp review for both the motel and Expedia!

The first room I stayed in was dirty. I couldn’t believe they had placed me in this room. The second room they placed me in had issues with the key. Took 3 room switches.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast just okay.

Neil and the staff were excellent. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you for making us feel like family.

management just not enforce cleanliness standards. The elevator was dirty. The walls were dirty. There was a piece of the wall that was chipped off the floor look like a crime scene. When I pointed it out to management he said it was only spilled coffee. He was aware of it and it had been there for 48 hours and then it was left for another 24 hours before it was cleaned. We were relocated three times when we first checked in the first room had a dirty bathroom the second room the air-conditioning didn’t work. The continental breakfast runs out in the first 90 minutes and has never refilled. The car on the third floor has small pieces of plaster everywhere.

New owners and he is in the process of redoing the rooms. He was waiting for his license to serve breakfast. The room we stayed in was very nice.

The room was damp to the point that the floor was wet. They didn't have a license to serve breakfast. It cost me an additional $100.00 to eat out. Will never stay their again

The staff was very friendly, Neil was especially kind and definitely improved my experience! There was only a shade over the window, not functional curtains (only for show). I would have appreciated curtains. The room was fairly clean, however there was a used Q-tip on the floor when I entered the room for the first time.

It had nice things The nice things weren’t kept well. We had no shampoo. There were brownies pieces or chocolate cake??? On our floor when we first got there. It was extremely humid in our room, my shoes even collected water (they are cork.)

It appears the rooms and much of the hotel has been renovated. I don’t think they are quite done. But it has the modern Comfort Inn decor. We were disappointed that after checking in, they told us they had no breakfast (and they offered no discount). I then saw a sign hanging low at reception that indicated that they could not serve food because they don’t have the appropriate license. If that’s the case, then don’t advertise it as having breakfast and discount until the license is reinstated. Also, our original room had not been cleaned. They immediately got us another one and the desk clerk walked up to make sure it was clean. That told me that they may have staffing issues if she wanted to make sure it didn’t happen again. The second room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff was pleaaant.

Dirty.. bathtoom dirty. Advertised complimentary breakfast but there was none

The room was humid and everything in the room was damp. Most of our group experienced that same issue! Breakfast was not available as supposedly a water main break didn't allow them to have breakfast or even coffee!
-
I wish they would have had food and beverage service due to the water main break.

Room had not been cleaned. Beds unmade. Used alcohol bottles left in the room. Staff got me a new room, but I would've rather had a refund so I could stay someplace else. Breakfast was very minimal.

Very dirty, the elevator was dirty and some pieces breaking off wall. The hotel room itself was really ice cold and when we would put the heater on and it smelled bad. The shower was really dirty, so I didn’t use it.

Some areas of the hotel seemed older and outdated. The outside was a bit dated with not a lot of landscaping--However the main areas were clean and pleasant. Over all it was a nice stay. We were satisfied with the breakfast. The parking was good and the staff pleasant.
