They were in the process of a MAJOR remodel job. Cant wait to see the outcome. The remodeling did not affect check in or our stay. They knew what they were doing!!

Love this casino but wasn’t impressed with the room at 250.00 a night. The last time I stayed there our room was magnificent. It had a much larger bathroom and the view was great. This time we overlooked air conditioning units.

Even tho under construction was a beautiful place to stay. Kids loved it. Casino floor not so nice but had a great time. Will be going back soon...

Ok Bottom sheets came off the bed so we ended up sleeping on the rubber mattress cover.

Hotel was excellent, we stayed in the promenade tower and although it was a little further, the room was very nice and well kept. We enjoyed the amenities that Mystic provided for us and will be coming back more often!

Great place to stay since we were going to a concert at the new amphitheater. Nice room with plenty of food places to make a decision on what to eat. It was a little speedy but worth it for the wife's birthday!

We stayed here to attend a concert at the new amphitheater. Pros: room had a comfortable bed and was very clean, bus to and from amphitheater was easy and convenient. Cons: check in was a hassle - no option to check in online to use express service so had to wait in long line, no breakfast/coffee options before 7 am. Would stay here again if going to the amphitheater

The elevator was confusing to get to the main floor for us and alot of other guests. A lot kept pressing floor one as the main floor which is the casino not realizing that it was the casino button. This seemed very frustration to a lot of people. It would be helpful for people to have better signage.
