Mystic Lake Casino Hotel

Great to be at the casino and close to the amphitheater.

Our room was recently remodeled. They’re undergoing construction to update the facility. Bingo was amazing experience. We enjoyed playing the slots. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient and clean place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the new amphitheater. Shuttle between the two venues was very helpful.

We had to wait for long to check in. Checking was OK , but without any explanation where we should go and how to find room. Finally when we found room that was assigned for us, I opened door and someone else was in the room. We went to reception all frustrated that they gave us room that was occupied, no apologies. Receptionist said they wrote wrong number on our card. She fixed by assigning us for different floor, still very rude. I paid for promenade one king bedroom, and got junior two queens bedroom. By the time we got to room I was so tired to go back and ask any other questions. Very disappointed.

The location was perfect for attending a show at the new Mystic Lake amphitheater and they provide a shuttle bus which is amazing. My room was absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so big and spacious. I love all the features like the electronic blinds and sheers and the complementary pop and water that was in the refrigerator. The bathroom is huge as well. The staff were friendly, although they didn’t do a great job of always having information to answer questions, but there is a lot going on at the hotel currently. The construction definitely creates a maze and difficulty navigating the hotel at times. Some of the staff didn’t appear to have answers to questions about where to go to get certain things done, which was disappointing but overall they still were nice.

FYI...the casino hotel is not near the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. When I booked our room I thought it was like Treasure Island....Amphitheater right next to the hotel. We stayed there for a concert that was going to be at the Amphitheater. There is a free shuttle. It was a pricey place to stay and we didn't even have time to gamble. There were about 100 people in line to check in also so staff wasn't really prepared for the influx as it took us almost an hour to check in and there was remodeling going on.

Clean room. We went to a concert at the new amphitheater. They bused us there and back for free. Really fun night. Mystic always delivers the fun!

Room was clean, but the pool was not. Cloudy water and the pool area was messy.

The shuttle to the new concert venue was nice. There could be more buses when the show ends. Long wait time.

Key cards repeatedly didn’t work.

My stay at Mystic Lake was very pleasant. Nice facility, fun, gaming, and friendly staff. my stay involved traveling to a further destination, the only thing I would have liked to have known in advance is if you have alcohol you cannot take it up to your room where we were unaware of this rule and made to take the alcohol back to the car. That was no big deal until we cooled it two days later to discover ii was skunked by the heat generated in the car. I'm sure I won't be getting reimbursed for the cost of that alcohol. But better information, when making a reservation would have been helpful.

Hotel and room were clean but Nothing fancy or special and definetly not worth price. Booked to attend concert and didnt realize concert venue wasnt even close to hotel. Figured the cost was worth the convieencen of being right by venue and not having to go far.
