We arrived & left our bags for the day then came to the room that night. The room was dirty - the sheets had visible stains all over it- shower door was broken. The tub was filthy. Couldn’t even stay the night- had to drive home at 3am.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. This place was probably amazing in the 80s or 90s. Rooms felt damp, outside and inside was just old and holey, buggy. Didn’t feel welcomed, but issued my refund quickly.

Was not advertised as a MOTEL, we thought we were booking a HOTEL. Avoid this place unless they do a total makeover/renovation

The room was very spacious and comfortable The tub was slightly dirty and had mildew on some edges. I was also upset about the sudden extra charge I had to pay because booking.com said there was a rate change . This is unacceptable. Once we complete the booking there should be no changes in the price. And certainly not 1-2 days before my intended date of getting there. For this reason I may not stay again at Quality Inn

The motel is very run down (didn’t realize it was a motel when I booked 3 rooms). The rooms all smelled like stale smoke (tobacco and weed) and the floors were filthy. We had young children and their feet were black walking on the floors in bare feet. We couldn’t let the baby crawl on the floor - it was disgusting. The stairwell smelled like urine and the ice machine produced about 5 ice cubes. Breakfast was ok - cereal, yogurt, microwaved eggs and sausage (that ran out very early) and make your own waffles.

The first room we were given looked like someone try to bust in the lock from the outside. The manager was kind enough to give us another room. However he didn't seem concerned about the damage. Never mentioned needing to fix it. The second room smelled very musty when we walked in. Definitely needed comestic work. Not worth the money to stay here. Was expected a little more for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located mear I 476. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and had a variety of foods, including yogurt and fruit. It was a reasonable price for our one day stay.

The property wasn't bad at all. I just was annoyed that I had 2 televisions in my room another neither worked. The front desk guy came up to assist but he couldn't get them on either. Very weird situation.
