It was close to the college. Rooms were nicer than expected on the outside. Entryway bathrooms not nicest and halls were dingy.

Appeared committed to improving the facilities Location good between access off interstate and access to town restaurants Good restaurant options Bed was very soft Toilet was too low for me to use...I had to use the hall toilet which was clean and pleasant with a wall rail next to toilet. Room clean but the residual cleaning fragrance was unpleasant.

I was surprised by how nice this place is. I didn't see any elevators but carrying my baggage up the stairs was great exercise. The bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked. Shower worked. Plus , extra nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soft kleenex tissues.

The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were very helpful and accommodating!!! My 85 year old Dad and I will definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t rouse the clerk at check in- had to call the desk while standing at it… he couldn’t log in to find my reservation and couldn’t tell what room was mine.. led to a room- key didn’t work, I had to wait until he came back with a key for a different room.. room and property are VERY outdated

Breakfast was not great. Price was excessive! It was graduation weekend at Radford so all motels hike the price they charge up over $150 per night because they know parents have to have a place to stay. Price for the night was excessive. Food was ok.

We were stayed the night for a VA Tech graduation so it was adequate for our needs. It was not fancy or real nice but clean enough and close enough to the campus to make sense. The walls are super thin and not only could we hear the neighbors all night, but the housekeepers got in a huge fight in the hallway before 9am the following morning. Two women were yelling at each other and dropping F bombs about vacuuming. Very disruptive and unprofessional. Otherwise, it was fine. No elevator but the place is only 2 floors so that wasn't too bad but definitely worth noting for those with disabilities.

The staff was very nice There was a lot of dust in the rooms that could have been cleaned better and it was older. I understand the rates were very expensive.

But…. Could not use the hvac. Mold…, smelled extremely like urine.
