Carpet worn, chair looked like it was shredded by a cat, bathroom fixtures rusted and room had musty odor. Would spend the extra bucks to stay elsewhere next time.

Bed but no sofa to sit on. Only one (desk) chair to sit on. So either you sit on the bed (with your back on the wall) or one sits on the office chair and one sits on the bed). Now that is pure romance! Room needed painting - there were patches on the wall that needed painting; scoff marks on the wall. Everything was cheap - for example, the clothes rack (there is no closet) almost tipped over as it was cheap Chinese plastic. Sink in bathroom was missing the stopper. No vanity underneath so the hand towel was on a cheap Chinese plastic rack behind the door. The screen was bent and there was a two inch gap at the top. I wanted to open the window to get some fresh air as there was no fan. TV was smallish. Lights were great for mood lighting, but not to see. Difficult to read. Thus, I took my headlamp to use it. Breakfast - waffle maker was not working - desk clerk said that someone had spilled something and could not work. But she was making no effort to clean it. It was still plugged in. I wanted to support the local hotel and not go to the big hotel chains. But the big hotel chains have standards. These local fly-by-the night place are just that - a fly that should be squished. Good: because the hotel was not crowded, parking was plentiful. (The reason the parking was so plentiful was because there were so few people on a Labor Day weekend. Perhaps the reason the hotel was so empty was because of the condition of the hotel.)

It was easily accessible and safe. Weapons and smoking not allowed. The facility was adequate with mostly guest who seemed to be staying there because it offered a reasonably priced option. Nothing fancy! A safe place to stay for the night. Glad that this option still exists.

No pool. Little outdated. Very clean. Good breakfast in morning.
-
Bathroom accessories rusty. Carpets dirty
-
The poor room condition, worn out furniture, mold in bathroom.
-
The price was good and it had free breakfast. The hotel had stained walls, cockroaches, and a strong mildew smell coming from the rug.
-
There’s also no bath mat in the bathroom, I almost slipped and fell on the tile coming out of the shower.

Very good like the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed linning and the bathroom. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. My rest was very peaceful and quiet. My mattress was nice and firm not too hard. People that would complain about this hotel, really need to just spend the extra money and go to a fancy hotel. I definitely got my money's worth and was very satisfied. The people that do the cleaning of the rooms are very good because even the air conditioner filters that I always rents clean from dust and lent. They were clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel. Didn't get a chance to try their breakfast. But I saw there sanitation certificate, and they had a pretty good score.

Love that it was non smoking!!

The online pictures are deceptive. The property is not well maintained and the rooms smell like they get cleaned once a week and just remake the beds. There were stains all over the sheets. The only good thing about this place is that it’s cheap and close to things.
-
A fine spot for an overnight stay. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. No elevator, but only 2 stories.

All good
