This is a horrible hotel. The room reeks of smoke and drugs. There is heavy police activity here. And housekeeping barely came. Our room was dirty and we had spiders. I would not recommend this place.

Holes in the walls, scratches all over the floors, burn holes in the sheets and zero pots or pans to use the stove. We killed 2 roaches and ask for a refund but was denied and was told we can be put in a different room. We had people fighting out in the parking lot and arguing over a beer.Do not recommend this place unless you are low on cash.

When we arrived to the room there was about 5-7 flies already in the room, you can tell the rooms were outdated and needed some serious work. We only had hot water in our room, half the outlets did not work. We had a hard time getting out of the bathroom if the door was completely closed, it looked like the floor had not been mopped and all of the shower gel that they supplied had leaked out into the shower when we got there. We were only staying for a night in town due to a concert we were going to but I would say overall 2/3 out of 5 stars. Not the best but not the worse, we werent familiar with the area. It is off a strip where there are homeless and prostitutes, just beware!!!

The bugs were so gross I got rid of them without thinking. But I did take a picture of the blood and burns that I will share. Ended throwing my suitcase on the blood stain so I knew where it was the whole time and used the opposite side of the bed.

The front desk agent was rude. She was eating a whole cake. While we was in front of her, my son came there and he was under age so they would not let him in so we did not stay at your establishment, but we got charged for a no-show when my son actually was there speaking to the lady who told him give me your license. Give me $50. We went to the store across the street. We got the $50 we came back and then she tells us he’s under age he can’t stay at the hotel so we never stayed but they charge me anyway.. so I am highly pissed and annoyed and I want my money

Nothing I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had an unpleasant smell, and I even had to use my own perfume to make it bearable. The actual room was completely different from the photos and reviews advertised. There was also significant noise at night, making it difficult to sleep. I was busy and didn’t get a chance to report these issues during my stay, and I was not in the room for most of the time. However, the experience was so disappointing that I decided to leave early and check out before my scheduled checkout time. I feel misled by the listing and believe I deserve a full refund given the condition of the room and the fact that it was not as advertised. I sincerely request that you review my situation and issue a refund.
