Everything has been wonderful staying at Woodspring. In the mornings, the gentleman mops the floor & elevator to keep everything clean. My refrigerator wasn't working so the worker let the front desk know & they fixed my frig by the the time I got back from work. It's quiet at night & day so I can do my work.

Clean room staff were nice like every time could you some better pillow but over all great hotel

The location is convenient. The staff not helpful, no room service during the entire stay and the kitchen did not have any cooking or eating utensils.

Will not stay there again all you smell is marijuana

Only had smoking rooms, didn’t even know those existed and smelled like someone was smoking illegal substances in the lobby.

This was a last minute booking due to a system error, but it was an overall positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a hole in one of our rooms' doors that they immediately patched up when brought to their attention. The stove top didn't work, but the microwave and fridge were fine. One room had a leaking toilet due to the sealant coming off, but they also fixed that right away.

Not made upon arrival. I had to ask for blankets and make two trips to the desk as only one blanket was available when I asked for them. No offer to bring the other to my room. Walls in the room were unclean with stains and residue. Bathroom smelled of urine. The furniture was in disrepair. The beds were comfortable.

Very clean. Staff was great. Good locatuon.
