This was a last minute booking due to a system error, but it was an overall positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a hole in one of our rooms' doors that they immediately patched up when brought to their attention. The stove top didn't work, but the microwave and fridge were fine. One room had a leaking toilet due to the sealant coming off, but they also fixed that right away.

Not made upon arrival. I had to ask for blankets and make two trips to the desk as only one blanket was available when I asked for them. No offer to bring the other to my room. Walls in the room were unclean with stains and residue. Bathroom smelled of urine. The furniture was in disrepair. The beds were comfortable.

Very clean. Staff was great. Good locatuon.

We first got into the elevator and it was very dirty. We got to our room and we were not given any towels. We tried to call the office but our room phone wouldn’t work. Once we got towels and needed more we had to trade in the dirty towels in order to get clean ones and the towels were poor quality. We were not impressed at all. The front desk closes early and you are not able to reach anyone’s there was a need.

Very nice place. There are a lot of tenants that live here. Nice location, convenient store across the street.

The floor was sticky and dirty they didn’t provide me towels bathroom wasn’t clean microwave was dirty No customer positive experience they put me in a dirty room with no towels didnt prioritize my money I could’ve went somewhere else for that bad welcome

Location The property was very dirty, the smell of cigarette smoke was so thick, I could not stay. I had booked a non smoking room. Online it said the room was available. When I got to the hotel, 10 minutes later, they said there were non available. I have asthma. They charged me the full amount even though I didn’t stay at their hotel.

Location They don’t clean the room unless you been staying there for MORE THAN 2WEEKS

Front desk guy was nice. The rooms were in bad condition, had roaches in my room so I left.

Atmosphere

My fiancé and I got to the hotel and there was a hand written sign that said they had no more vacancies - even for those who had a reservation. The gentleman working there said that this was Expedia’s fault. I looked on Expedia’s app and it was still showing that there were vacancies. The number Expedia had listed for the hotel wouldn’t work either. I would not recommend booking this hotel through Expedia.

The room was big with a stove and refrigerator but it smelled like an unclean mop had been used on the floor. I had to spray the room down really good..
