Excellent stay- perfect for meetings

This is a spectacular place. It is vast and there are a lot of guests. Housekeeping in good. Internet is spotty. Staff is helpful.

This was my first time visiting the resort and it was for my birthday. From the moment I arrived everything was absolutely spectacular. All the staff were helpful, polite, warm and welcoming. I was completely relaxed and enjoyed everything about my stay. I will be making this getaway a frequent thing for myself. I was saddened when I had to leave. Was worth every dollar

The hotel looks exactly the same as it did 15 years ago, but now cost three times as much. Definitely needs a revamp on the inside. Exterior is still gorgeous.

Beautiful property. Fun pool, great breakfast at Catalina Kitchen . It’s a very busy hotel, but they genuinely try to get you checked in as quickly as possible.

Food was delicious. The staff was so kind and accommodating. My husband and I went on a minimoon, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was so enjoyable. We will be returning!

I got no response when I called room service at 7am to order a pot of coffee. The time for coffee delivery if the order was placed online was 2.5 hours! When I called the front desk, no one answered. I had to get dressed, walk outside the hotel and stand in line at a cafe to get a cup of coffee. No in room coffee machine. Pools were crowded and noisy.Lounge chairs were scarce and the ground was covered with scorching hot fake grass. Not once did anyone ask if I wanted help finding a chair, a drink or food by the pool. The one full day spent at the hotel was not relaxing and definitely not worth the cost. Room cleaning didn't happen until late in the afternoon. It was only then that a coffee machine was pprovided.Overall I was disappointed.

Dream come true

Great, albeit expensive, resort property.

Property is beautiful. Service is hit and miss. I’d come back and bring my family. This is not a quiet place it is very lively and not the place to go to relax. Spa was underwhelming.

the resort was great!! so very kid friendly and can not wait to go back!
