Amazing and friendly staff from the front desk to the spa, to room service, to the restaurant staff. I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The views are just breathtaking. Will definitely come here twice a year now.

The property is 5 star in every category . $$$ but worth it

Unfortunately, we ate at two different restaurants and both were really horrible. Nelson’s was better than Bashi, but Bashi was really bad . The service was great so they helped throw it through, but I would not eat there again. I did love their Coffee Shop sea beans, great pastries, and drinks. I went there twice.

We absolutely loved our ocean view sunset facing room! Beautifully appointed, great balcony, amazing customer service! Property is spectacular - pools gorgeous and dining fabulous. We loved the spa and adjacent pool/dining/lounging!! Great for families and romantic getaways alike!

Location and staff First they gave us a room looking at pool with no privacy and after we objected they change our room to upper floor. We had to wait for our lunch and drinks by spa pool for more than one hour

Oceanside Pricey

We paid for an ocean view and we were given a room without a view. We were given a discount because of this, but would have rather had the experience. Dinner was wonderful and the property is well kept. Just disappointed in the check in process.

Super beautiful property. Great views, clean rooms and amazing atmosphere. The food on sight was mediocre ,but because of the location there isn’t many other options around. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. It was beautiful and just a great resort for families or a couples getaway. Definitely one of the better resorts in LA.

Thr property was like a piece of paradise.

Pools were crowded and noisy. 21 and over pool had extremely loud music Saturday afternoon… we couldn’t hold a conversation. Pool by gym was quiet and relaxing but isn’t included with stay. Apparently it is only for spa treatment clientele… without an accessible beach it may be hard to find a quiet place to swim unless you opt for a spa treatment.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the ocean views are breathtaking and makes you slow down. We loved how family-friendly it is. Staff was nice and everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. From spa to dining to simply walking the property, every part of our stay felt effortless. My only complaint is we called ahead of time to request rooms near each other and were asked to provide all reservation confirmation numbers so notes could be added to the system. Based on those conversations, we felt confident that every effort would be made to accommodate the request. Unfortunately after checked in, our rooms weren’t even on the same floor. While we understand requests can’t always be guaranteed, better communication and expectation-setting would have been appreciated.

Location and Resort is excellent No very much

Property was breathtaking. While we were there, a huge tent was being erected and it took 3 days, 6am to 7pm, constant beeping, loud banging, very annoying. Otherwise, it’s an amazing place.

The location is incredible. The staff were horrible! Starting with check in lady, who kept telling me that two of my cards were declined, telling me to call my bank, while my 10 months baby was exhausted and needed to sleep. Of course the bank said that my cards were active and fine and after 30 mins of this nonsense hotel staff found that the problem was on their end and checked us in. However the receptionist didn’t even bother to apologize!!! Absolutely disgusting beginning of my Birthday trip. I’m never going back!!!
