The manager and staff at this hotel were rude, and the air conditioner in the room was as loud as a jet engine. OMG! I was traveling with a child, and my son and I barely slept all night.

This hotel was not clean, the room stunk and the pool was not even clean for my kids to swim. The towels were dirty and had other peoples hair on them. Very disappointed.

The room was fine for the night. The property definitely needs an update. The pictures listed are deceiving.

The breakfast was better than other places I've stayed. I didn't see any milk at breakfast which I sort of expected.

Horrible experience the hotel had a bad odor to it. The walls were being held up by tape. The elevator need major maintenance. The room was dingy dull had a bad odor to it, and did not look clean the toilet overflowed with someone else feces. They came to clean it. The overflow went onto the floor. They did not mop the floor from that. They did not clean the restroom from that. I had to physically go outside of the room and find someone to clean up the restroom horrible experience. I informed them that that was a bad older to the hotel. They did nothing when I was reporting the events to the hotel. The owner began to go back-and-forth with me justifying why this was that way and this was that way very bad attitude and behavior. I will never ever stay there again and I definitely don’t not expect anyone else to stay there. I really would like my money back.
