Clean room , nice staff , didnt get breakfast… i just wish they would update the TVs in the rooms , like we are in 2026 !!! Lets get some smart TVs & just let guest log into they own netflix & etc . Nobody uses / watches CABLE TV anymore 😂

All aspects of the North Reading, PA, hotel were outstanding except parking area could be a bit larger and the driveway into the facility had too many potholes!

Clean & basic. Very ugly commercial area. This hotel seems to be an upgraded Comfort Inn. The rooms showed some wear (holes and stains in our carpet, dinged up furniture), mattresses were okay. Beds are only doubles. Breakfast area and selection were small, but they did have scrambled eggs and a protein each day. The woman running the breakfast area was very efficient, friendly, and on top of everything. Our first (and probably last) visit to a SureStay, but most importantly the rooms were spotless. Remember to tip the cleaners! We also appreciated the well-stocked bird feeder in the little front garden. The birds were delightful to watch while we ate breakfast, and it was a very nice touch!

The location is Perfect. Needs to be updated. Great Staff and Hospitality. Breakfast was good but can be Better. Also needs more seating and more Variety.

Mold-ridden bathroom, the entire place is falling apart, one of the rooms had a window into another random room next door, the breakfast was disgusting, people were blasting music outside the window all night, and on top of it the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything around me. I wasnt expecting much in this last-minute stay but this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Check in was a breeze, the staff member who helped us was very friendly! The room was awful, so bad that we chose to leave a night early. Upon check out they didn't even ask why we were leaving a day early. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and tons of water damage, the curtains had holes in it, there was a sizable brown stain on the wall, and more. I didn't ask to switch rooms bc if they are ok with putting people in a room with visible issues, I can't imagine what cannot be seen. Yesterday, I reached out via message to the hotel directly (i booked through Expedia so it was the message app on there) and I haven't heard back, so last night I emailed Best Western directly.

This is clearly in need of upgrades; paint, clean carpets, buy a new warmer for the eggs/sausage (having someone run with our filled plates to another room is a concern), and new pillows.

The lotion bottle was empty, so no one ever checked it or replaced it from the last guest. GROSS! We didn't partake in the breakfast because it didn't look appetizing.

Had good experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, although the bathroom door and the room door didn't shut correctly. Other than that, a nice experience.
