The breakfast was great and the location right off the highway was just what we wanted. The koi pond and birds made it a special place.

It was a perfect pit stop to break up a road trip Didn't really have any complaints. There were a few sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot so I'm not sure about the area of town. That would be the only concern I had. However the property was very secure.

Good hotel
-
Great location with and nice outdoor pool. Red bluff has a bit of a homeless drug problem going on.

The pets allowed rooms really need an update.
-
Was nothing more than a basic tiny motel room. I’ve stayed here before and had much nicer rooms.
-
The only draw back was no elevator.
-
Not only did they not accomodate me, but they refused to give back the money even though I had to scramble to find an alternate hotel. Sleezy business practice. Avoid them. A GOOD hotel would have apologized and refunded the money, and help me find an alternative.

The front desk staff on Tues, July 14 was amazing. She was so helpful and jolly and really made me want to stay there again. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Also the breakfast was good and the helper there was very nice. The room smelled. The hallway on the 2nd floor was very hot. There was also a big pile of dirt on the floor that never got cleaned up after 20 hours. It was grose and kinda made me worried that the hotel was dirty when we arrived but it wasn't.

Great value, nice and clean, exceeded our expectations . Nice breakfast, very clean, well managed. Wouldnt go out at night. Lots of homeless street people milling about
-
Nice fish pond and the room is in good condition too

Good.

The place smells musky and run down from the get go. The room is hot because AC is not on. The bed and sheets feel old and worn out, not fresh or new. The shower drain plug does not stay up, so you get water build up when showering. TV is frustrating, You Tube does not load up. No soap bars because they're cheap to provide it There is booger/hair on bathroom wall, towel are gross, the "free breakfast" is disgusting. The front desk person does not bother to ask " How was your stay?" Go to Hampton Inn instead, for $20 more you get what you deserve. Waste of money. Nicholas from Seattle
