Breakfast was the best part. They actually have a full breakfast layout - with more than one meat option!! Overall a 5/10.

The hotel is dirty and the air conditioning wasn't working and the refrigerator wasn't working; everything was very bad.

No pool, drove 8 hrs to stay at a hotel with a pool while visiting family just to find out that it had been down for 3weeks but I didn't receive any calls but still had to pay full price on our two rooms. The breakfast was a disaster we didn't even eat the first day food was lackluster and the juice machine was broken.

It was dirty. There was trash behind the table. Asked staff to clean it and they never did in the whole week I was there. By the time I would go for breakfast at around 6am there was hardly any food left.

The only thing I liked was the friendly receptionist. The facility had a bad smell to it as well as the room.

Microwave broke the first night, with food in it. Girl at the front desk was awesome, but no other microwave was available. Not so much a big deal. Was there for a softball tournament but the pool was closed so no cooling off for her after games. It’s July seriously why is the pool closed? Another guest commented it hasn’t been open in a while. Also trash left all outside room doors, guests do what they do but seriously it looks trashy. I asked the guy at front desk if there was a dumpster I could take some trash to, he told me to just leave it under the back stairwell and they would get to it in the morning, and I’d know the stairwell because of the smell. Like what? No. I did find a dumpster thankfully. Tub was gross, no covering on the bathroom lights. Best part was the window of the room I was staying in was shattered on the outside pane. I wouldn’t stay here again after my husband had issues the first time, and now me this time. Should change the name to Uncomfortable Inn because nothing about this place is comforting.

Dirty rooms uses swamp cooler room was hot. Shower curtains were falling apart all furniture was dirty floors were dirty. Couch had crumbs. The rooms also smell horrible. Save your money book somewhere else. Do not take your family there. They will not refund your either.

The walls are quite thin, and I could hear everything happening in the room next door. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As soon as you walk in hotel stinks. Our room was HOT. We were in the "new side". Horrible. Everything is falling off broken or just ugly. First and last time here.

The breakfast and comfortable bed The rooms had a mildew smell, pool was down after being told it was going to be fixed before the weekend come to find out it’s been down a while! And was lied to. My card key was locked before 10Am and check out was 11AM. I had to get them to activate it. She told me she didn’t check me out but by the time I got up to the room cleaning was In there. My card was over charged.

The property is a little older and needs some maintenance. But other than that, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the room was clean.

window was leaking right above AC and we were not allowed to move rooms. The pool was also closed the entire time we were there.

The room smelled horrible, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the toilet kept running constantly, it was far from the pictures in the ads. We checked out within 30 minutes,, and paid about the same price at the La Quinta in Desoto. That place was perfect. The issue keeps going because they have not refunded my full 4 night booking with them. I am currently working on that. If you want security, cleanliness, safety, and updated rooms and basically a place that doesn’t make you feel like you could be stabbed in the hallway, then DONT STAY HERE
