The property is a little older and needs some maintenance. But other than that, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the room was clean.

window was leaking right above AC and we were not allowed to move rooms. The pool was also closed the entire time we were there.

The room smelled horrible, the bathroom lights didn’t work, the toilet kept running constantly, it was far from the pictures in the ads. We checked out within 30 minutes,, and paid about the same price at the La Quinta in Desoto. That place was perfect. The issue keeps going because they have not refunded my full 4 night booking with them. I am currently working on that. If you want security, cleanliness, safety, and updated rooms and basically a place that doesn’t make you feel like you could be stabbed in the hallway, then DONT STAY HERE

If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable. We were so disgusted by the food that we couldn’t even eat. The room was also not properly cleaned—it was obvious the sheets had not been changed. On top of that, the TV didn’t work. The front desk staff attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, who promised us a discount for the inconvenience. However, at checkout, we were still charged the full amount. When I tried to speak with her again, I was told she was unavailable. This was my first stay at Comfort Inn, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had—poor service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. Please reconsider before booking.

Poor condition of property

Room flooded with toilet water (black water) from another floor. All our clothes and shoes were soaked. Staff did very little to fix the issue. Owners never showed up to help with the situation. No offer to cover the cleaning of the haz mat clothes and shoes finally after much pushing they put us in another room

The property was in much need of repairing and renovating. They didnt have any maintenance on the property at all. My family didnt have a working bathroom the whole stay. When I asked could they do anything they told me they be up to my room to fix the issue no one ever came. Talked with the manager in the morning and they still didnt do anything. Please do better or just shut down
