Convenient When I arrived I told them I was only staying one night and to cancel my second night. They said I had prepaid and would have to reach Booking for refund. I am doing that now. They can confirm my cancellation.

The location is just off the freeway, easy access while visiting Redding. And even though I-5 was close, the actual noise levels were not an issue at all once inside my room. The internet wifi connection was also pretty good. It was not a fancy motel, very basic, but my room was clean, the bed comfortable enough and the staff were all friendly. The room was dated and well used with small imperfections here and there, but that was off set by the lower nightly charge/reasonable price.

Staff was friendly, facility was clean and if was very quiet. Occupants across the hall were smoking Marijuana and it's a no smoking building

Breakfast was poor Rooms are dated , damaged furniture, dirty grout in the bathroom, empty body gel pump.

I liked the price, it's next to Lulu's and was pretty clean. The pillows were like rocks, none of the reading lamps worked, people were outside talking until 10:30 or 11:00 both nights. When we arrived, there was no one in the office. We had to wait over 20 minutes in the office before the person showed up, despite calling over and over, trying to get someone's attention.

We only used the coffee in the breakfast area. Our room was clean, yes somewhat dated but clean. We also had room service ask us if we needed anything twice while we were there which was very nice. It's not that we didn't like anything in particular but found the placement of the rack to hang clothes to be in an awkward place. It's on the wall on the side of the bed. So when you go to get out, you will hit your head . Which my spouse did .

Thomas at the desk when I called to confirm my reservation gave me some excellent tips driving there. The parking lot lights need an update and increase and brightness. The building needs fresh paint. The carpeting is old and stained and dated.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Nutrition bars, yogurt, and sugar cereal. The bed was comfy. The other furniture was old, but clean

Room was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was decent. It was good.

Easy check-in. Bathroom smelled. Pillows very hard.

Place was clean. Just old. Carpet looked like it had been around since the early 2000’s. A/C worked good. Sheets were clean, pillows were sacks of foam chunks. Bed has a metal base around it that sounded like you were kicking a metal canoe if you happen hit with your feet. Breakfast was bad. Shower head was just above 5’ so you have to bend over to was your hair. Staff was cold, unsmiling or welcoming. I would only stay here if you absolutely couldn’t afford paying $20 more somewhere else.

Need new beds and remodeled Beds,breakfast is a joke, getting pretty run down

The breakfast was excellent: just right amount of food. Sufficient for a healthy breakfast but not overfilling. The round the clock coffee availability is a nice convenience and tasted very good. The air conditioner in the hallway is a brilliant idea. Kept everything very cool. In the room the air conditioner was nice and quiet. Large refrigerator is a nice touch: had room for all of our travel food AND drink. The king size bed was a little soft for our taste; but we slept well. The doors do not have those heavy springs on them, thank goodness. Heavily sprung doors are dangerous for seniors like ourselves to handle especially while carrying luggage. The parking lot exit towards the intersection needs new paint lane striping asap. And it is hard to see the Super 8 sign when approaching the parking lot entrance while moving at speed eastward over the freeway. (We overshot the entrance and had a difficult time turning around our car with the heavy traffic on Churn Creek Rd.)

Nice for a night stay. Little kitties in the back so cute

Staff was nice. There was mold in the bathtub. The a/c was very loud.
