This was my second stay at the Win-River, the second stay in my requested room. Everything was perfect. The room was clean & quiet. The casino was giving in both winnings and food/drinks. The show my husband and I went to see was on time and worth every penny we saved. I absolutely love staying there and can't wait to go back in 25 days!

Large and clean

Property is nice but as normal with many casino hotels and resorts the lobby and hallways smell badly of cigarette smoke. Everything else was great.

To smoky but nice staff and thank you

Had a fun time in the casino. The room could have been better. Half empty gatorades in the refrigerator and the shower was luke warm. When I mentioned the water issue to the front desk I was told I had turned the handle too far. From the reaction of the employee it wasn’t the first time someone had complained about water temperature.

For a casino hotel the rooms were very nice. The only thing I missed was a bathmat.
-
I called the front desk and they claimed to have security check on it. They never followed up or provided any compensation for the stolen food. I wouldn't stay here again.
-
The lobby and the halls near our room wreaked of smoke. The rooms weren't smoky smelling at all. I originally didn't realize the hotel was a casino or we would have picked another location.

Bathroom door was heavy

Aging property, very loud AC unit, Everything seemed to be "on the cheap", like a 2 bed room sleeps 4, but only 2 bath towels, shower dispensers were mis-filled, like all three seemed like conditioner

The entire casino including the hotel room smelled of cigarettes. We opened the window to help with the smell even though it was almost 100 degrees that day. The in room coffee maker didn’t look very clean so we didn’t use it, but they do have free coffee available in the lobby. The food at the restaurant was not good. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine aside from the smell.

Welcoming Staff

I didn’t Iike they closed the pool early. Other than that, it was great.

Takes a while to get to location from freeway, but not bad overall. They don't have any hotel guest parking or oversize parking. I think that is a must for trucks.

My t.v. kept messing up. My door didn't shut properly. The bed was comfortable. Food was Good. Still not enough people walking around with sodas, etc. Nice staff in restaurant.

Great comfortable stay. Great shower water pressure and comfortable bed. Best place to stay in Redding.

The staff was short and non polite, the room was disgusting, literally dirt rings in the tub. Underwear on the floor next to the bed. Smelled of mildew. Do not recommend. I informed the staff of issues next morning. They did not care.

Staff was amazing.Excellent food and service. Everyone I encountered was great. That being said, I had to change rooms. Immediately upon entering the first one, I went to wash my hands and the bathroom sink was dry and full of something that looked like coffee grounds. Obviously it hadn't been cleaned. Makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned. Called the front dest. She was awesome. WALKED me to my new room to make sure it was clean. All good, I settled in. Went to wash my hands and the drain wouldn't drain. The top of the drain plug was unscrewed and just balanced on the screw. Picked it up, and the drain was all plugged up with NASTY looking gunk. The phone didn't work correctly. There were stains on the curtains. Restaurant carpet needs a good shampooing as the restaurant smelled old and funky. However, the service was excellent and so was the food!! So, they just need to CLEAN that place and I'm sure it will be a much nicer place.

Grateful to find complimentary water in fridge of a decent size. Appreciated the bellhop loading my heavy luggage from room all the way to loading into my trunk!
