Poor

We always stay here when passing through town on road trips. I have to say it was wayyyy cleaner and felt safer this time. They keep the grounds and inside immaculately clean and i saw lots of security patrolling the parking lot. We stayed at the RV park this time but also had friends staying in the hotel. Something has improved recently . Very friendly staff as always . 👌

The main lobby and the casino reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is supposedly non-smoking but our room and the common areas smelled strongly of cigarette and cigar smoke. The worst thing thou was the rooms heat/air conditioning. We had the thermostat set at 70, but for the entire night the room cycled between sweltering heat and an uncomfortably cold hurricane of air. The staff was friendly, and the food in the restaurant was better than expected, but overall our stay here was a terrible experience and we will not be going back.

Our stay was very nice and this was our second time staying there. One slight hiccup is I got bitten several times during my sleep. I checked for bed bugs and did not find any. I never found what it was, but needless to say they hurt and itched for several days. I did report this to the front desk at my check out. Hopefully they take care of it.

A bit smoky but overall very nice

The room was nothing special. The Staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and took extra steps to help us.

The pool was wonderful and heated.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Good food and gaming

Although the room was nice, the hotel smells like cigarettes everywhere you go from the casino - even though the hotel is non smoking. The C charging port did not work. The coffee pot provided was not clean. Blankets are thin, but the beds are very comfortable.

One item that may not be much of an issue 2 of the 3 nights we had someone knock on our door asking to be let into during the middle of the night. We told them to go away ad they did. in addition we should of called the front desk.

The food was adorable and good staff was nice and friendly The bed was a worn mattress and pillows were lumpy towels were ruff

Exceptional

There is a lingering smell of smoke everywhere. Especially close to the casino at check in, but it permeates everywhere. I had a headache the next morning.

Staff was working on it, but, there was a terrible odor in the hotel!

The staff were friendly

I've stayed before several times. It's always been a pleasant experience. I learned this time though is don't book online, as you don't get a military or member discount. I was completely satisfied with everything. Keep up the great work

Great hotel, very nice staff, clean large rooms.

The staff in the hotel and asinine were very nice. The casino was fun. My hotel accommodations were not up to standard. There was an unusual odor in the hall and my room. The bed unfortunately was very old and uncomfortable
