Win-River Resort & Casino

It wss s long day so i was very happy how fast check in was.

I did not like my room the hot tub set up was really awkward. In between the bathroom and bedroom.

Slots were extremely tight

Enjoyed the big clean room with nice bathroom with walk in shower. Casino offered a good gaming Experience. Dining room service was great. Food good, but the small of smoke from the gaming area was in the dining room

Staff was very Nice.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean like other 3 star hotels. One downfall was the smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel lobby is also one of the entrances of the Casino so every time someone walked into the lobby the doors will automatically open and the stench of smoke rushes in.

So I am a repeat customer at this hotel specifically for the room we stayed in due to family events and birth dates, however this is the first time I've ever had a poor experience the hotel was completely sold out so I know making any complaints to the hotel staff directly would have done nothing for me however the floors were incredibly sticky in the suite upon entering and within 30 minutes of walking around bare feet my feet were completely black! On top of that the jacuzzi tub did not seem to be working the lights were flickering and would not stay on the Jets motor was extremely loud and not soothing of any kind!

We were given dirty silverware and dirty napkins. Table needed to wiped down. The menus were disgusting... traces of food, sauces and fingerprints on them. We got up to wash our hands before we ate our food after touching the menus. But, the food was good.

Very nice place. Everything and everyone were awesome! I don't believe I have ever had a shower with more pressure! Excellent!

Great experience

This was my second stay at the Win-River, the second stay in my requested room. Everything was perfect. The room was clean & quiet. The casino was giving in both winnings and food/drinks. The show my husband and I went to see was on time and worth every penny we saved. I absolutely love staying there and can't wait to go back in 25 days!

Large and clean

Property is nice but as normal with many casino hotels and resorts the lobby and hallways smell badly of cigarette smoke. Everything else was great.

Easy to find Front desk lady seemed bothered doing her job. No smiles- looked like she was not happy.
