Clean room air conditioning parking

Staff was nice, air conditioning worked and wasn’t loud. The parking was convenient and felt safe

Told management to pull the toilet.and inspect the sewer line.

It’s close to all the little shopping malls here close to the hospital

Very hospitable and friendly staff. We got a unit with a broken LCD screen. It was only noticeable once you turn the tv on. We informed the front desk about it and they immediately checked and replaced it. Kudos to their prompt response and great service!

It had a bed Very noisy from the street, needed updating really badly

Room was clean. AC is a little loud but it did keep room cool.

Cheap, clean, very easy to venue even with it being like 5 miles away just a quick bus ride Need to mount the fridge it nearly fell over. Just expect bare bones. Not quite sure if they do actually have breakfast I forgot to ask for clarification but also left to early

Check in office was spotless. Smelled good staff at desk. Very kind. Very nice… Parking lot immaculate not a piece of anything laying around in the parking lot spotlessly clean rooms very clean very clean. Very spotless… One thing I will say is a lot of the plugs did not work. They need to check the plugs and get them working better

Good stay overall, the only complaint was that the wall plug-ins next to the bed were worn and my cpap kept disconnecting from ok m the wall plug-in. Would advise bringing a 3 pronged power strip.

But also every bit of noise from the room above was heard - Every single step! I had wax earplugs and noise cancelling headphones on top and was still woken up constantly. The room also smelt of cigarette smoke, half used soap in the shower etc...

All the noise from outside came inside our hotel.

They charged me 100$ deposit and they haven't return that money back to my account, they should do that after check out

Bad

Check in and parking was easy. We asked for extra pillows but never got them. The window opened, which is a plus for fresh air (it was in March) and the road noise did quiet down at night. Water took a long time to get hot but it did. Fridge and microwave but no coffee in the room, and no breakfast at all. Thin towels. Bottom sheet did not reach the foot of the King bed. Top cover was nice. Small shower stall with soap and shampoo provided.
