HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING BCUZ THEIR LACK OF TRAINING N NO ENGLISH SKILLS!!!@ i PAID Monday- Friday/ PAID $500+($100 DEPOSIT) N she said Saturday morning you move by 11am or you can EXTEND. I SAID OK!! I ASKED N ASKED TO CONFIRMED N SHE SAID YES, YES BY 11AM, Saturday!! SO I PAID $600 IN CASH!! I HAD 2 FOLKS THERE THAT HEARD WAT SHE SAID! THAT WAS MONDAY-FRIDAY! N TOMORROW SATURDAY BY 11AM I EITHER MOVE OR EXTEND...!! TODAY IS FRIDAY HER HUSBAND CALLED N YELLED AT ME ITS 10,:45AM N U HAVE TO MOVE !! HE SAID U MOVE OUT N I SAID WAT! EXCUSE ME ! HE SAID U PAY TO EXTEND NOW OR MOVE OUT!!! HE SAID U GOT 15 MIN NOW !!! I SAID YOUR WIFE SAID SATURDAY AT 11AM ! HE SAID NO WAY NOW ! SO THESE 2 LACK SOOO MUCH SKILLS IN MANAGING THIS MOTEL N NO PEOPLE SKILL !! SOOO THEY BOTH LACKING SOOO MUCH IN MANAGING MOTELS!!@ THEY NEED TO B TERMINATED FROM THIS JOB ! HOW COME OWNERS GIVE THESE FOLKS THIS JOB WEN CLEARLY THEY GOT NO SKILLS!!!

I was not to happy they need to improve some thing like don't have electric plug to c charge my cellular the bathing tub they look clean .

The male front desk person was extremely helpful and nice, but the female one made me feel uncomfortable and tried to say that I ruined the room and that I wouldn't be welcome back. I wouldn't recommend this place for even one night.

Family member asked for luggage hold an hour before check or early check in since had a business meeting. Silicon Valley mind you with slot of business travelers. Owners/Manager looked in suitcase/bags & questioned the health of family member emailed to me. Then asked if that person would keep the room clean. Also on website states $100 deposit then on telephone they said $200. Family member checked out today, they went to inspect room. Agreed it was clean. I had family member take pictures so we could get deposit back. We opted to not extend another week. Unacceptable treatment of guests and alot of empty rooms. They need to learn how to draw customers and be more professional.

The pillows were too large!
