Room smelled Smokey

We were able to order a pizza and wings right on site and they had a seating area to eat them. There was also Continental breakfast included for the morning. Front desk check in staff was very nice and friendly.

The rooms were clean, basic and comfortable. Check in process was not the best.

Do not book with expedia for this motel!! We booked and confirmed with Expedia with a 'pay at property option'. Had a confirmation. Arrived at the hotel and they could not locate the reservation. They were full and overbooked. (Mutliple people ran into similar issues and were waiting in the lobby later) Luckily one of the employees gave up his room so we were able to stay BUT they charged us $54 more than the agreed upon price. They said they would NOT give us the room that we previously booked through Expedia at the agreed upon booking price. I have contacted expedia multiple times and it is very concerning that using expedia to book hotels does not necessarily mean the hotel actually has your reservation. I did not give the staff 5 stars due to them not willing to give me the room at the agreed upon price, They knew we had no other options given the area had multiple events happening so bumped up the price.

Very nice hotel for the money, the staff were helpful and kind, and the attached gas station was very handy for forgotten items. Clean, comfortable, and very nice! Would stay again.

Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was a great value. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area looking to save a little money at a clean budget property with stellar staff. Every person behind the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind.

Front desk guys helped me a lot thanks for that. I see new bedding and new locks and new showers and I loved this upgraded room. The price is also worth for this room.

This room was just what I needed for a quick stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Helpful staff.

The hotel was overbooked and we had to travel another 35 mikes to find a room. Staff wasn't helpful at all.

Nice room. Staff was great . Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

The room had one fatal flaw. The living and bedroom areas were nice and clean and the bathroom was ok until I went to shower. When i took the bath mat off the hanging rack and moved it to the bathtub floor, at least 3 long hairs came off the mat. At that point I didn't know if there were more hairs in the mat or anything else. Needless to say I didn't shower there and I checked out promptly.

Its a Diamond in the rough for sure. Great value for the price. The room was clean the staff attenuative. Quiet, and comfortable.

Room could have been a little cleaner that's for sure there's a couple things that lake taught my eye and normally things in Windows don't be catching my eye but there was a couple things there that in the air conditioner was complete garbage and it's stunk I mean it was a smoking because they got air conditioner and not even working very well but just stunk I'm never even I mean I'm a smoker dude in that room is stunk I mean I'm not trying to be rude but that could be aired out every day you know what I mean it doesn't need to smell like that or haven't heard air conditioning together when they works halfway you know I mean other than that well that and they wanted to give me a hard time about getting into my booking as well and then when I did give them my ID that I had to dig through my car for 15 minutes looking for then they wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn't me you know what I mean I told them that I wanted my money back nope they didn't want to do that either so then they got a little nicer I still really would rather have my money back but they didn't want to do that and I've stayed there before it was a better experience before I don't know if it's the same people or not but one thing has going for it and I could have swore used to be a 24-hour gas station there but we have a gas station that attached to the hotel it's basically a gas station / hotel that's about the one thing that does have going for it cheap pizza
