Reidsville Inn & Suites

As soon as we arrived, a man told us that we had been given a “very special room.” Unfortunately, the room was anything but special. The moment we entered, we found used condoms, a bloody pad wrapper, and clothing underneath the furniture that did not belong to us. The room had clearly not been properly cleaned or inspected before we were given the keys. The bathroom was disgusting, and there was what appeared to be feces on the side of the bathtub. The bed was visibly dirty, heavily worn, and sagged severely in the center, making it extremely uncomfortable and raising serious concerns about whether it had even been properly cleaned or changed. The room also had no functioning air conditioning and felt close to 100 degrees inside. The refrigerator was hot instead of cold, and the freezer was broken and filled with a large block of ice caused by a leak. The overall condition of the room was so poor that it looked like something out of a scene from The Shining. This was not a minor inconvenience or a simple issue with the room. We were given an unsanitary, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable room. The fact that guests were given access to a room containing used condoms, bloody sanitary waste, clothing left behind by previous occupants, and feces is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleaning and inspection standards.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Had laundry on site to wash and dry clothes. Pets were welcome for extra fee. Had breakfast in lobby with bagels and a waffle maker.

Overall it was an ok experience.

The people were nice!!! Some lamps didn’t work! Shower was warm didn’t get hot! Sink in the room spit out dirt because it hadn’t been used in a while!

Nothing. Trash 0/10. Don’t recommend. A lot of junkies there as well.

The only good thing I could say about this room was that it had good towels and good shower head, and the beds weren’t too uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a very run down place.

It was well seasoned

Dirty room, burn marks on the toilet seat, hair in the shower, chip crumbs in the drawer, but to top it off, there were drugs under the mattress. Wrapped up in a paper towel, dozens of little rocks. Left immediately, still waiting for a refund almost 2 weeks later.

I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER ROOMS AT THIS FACILITY, BUT THE ONE I RESERVED WAS IN NEED OF A FEW UPDATES. THE HOT WATER WAS RUNNING (IN THE SINK) WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM. NOT SURE IF COFFEE WAS POURED IN THE SINK, BUT THERE WAS REMAINS OF A BROWN LIQUID. AS I TURNED ON THE SHOWER, A LARGE GUST OF RUSTY WATER CAME FROM THE SHOWER HEAD. THE WINDOW CURTAINS COULD BE UPDATED.

The room was clean and in good shape, staff was very friendly. Stayed at this hotel many times and it’s always worth it

The rooms were poorly maintained and had a bad odor as soon as you opened the door.

Parking area did not feel safe at all. The entire property was simply atrocious. Their air conditioner did blow cold air. The room was not clean at all full of mulled and extremely filthy doors and walls cracks everywhere mold in bathroom, broken fixtures cracked tile

Location and price Old furniture , rats around dumpster and bugs in the room and water faucet in tub broken. Room smelled musty.

The hotel room was SOOO bad. The walls were molding and peeling off under the window, the entertainment center had been chewed by a dog, the bathroom door was absolutely disgusting and dirty and the adjoining room door was taped off… Staff was nice, there were clean towels ( we didn’t shower here), and the linens on the bed were clean The pictures they have of the rooms are not what we got.. at all.

The room wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Its run down, dusty old dressers and broken bathroom door. Will not be staying ever again!

Did not even stay but after reading the reviews they probably did me a favor by not having the room I requested. We traveled over 4 hrs to get here and throughout the days prior to arrival we messaged back and forth with the hotel and they assured me they would be ok with a late check-in which was after midnight and that they would have a bottom floor room for me as I am disabled. When we arrived they had no room for me which left me, my husband and our pets with no where to stay. I do not recommend believing any thing they say

Stay Away! This property was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Coffee Machine with no coffee. no hair dryer, No hot water, Property is poorly maintained, We had no housekeeping service with no fresh linens or towels. It is a very shady place. You did not feel safe there.
