The air conditioning didn’t work right and room was not cool. The beds were terrible to sleep on. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stay in there to swim. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was horrible! The food was cold and the sausage was still frozen. It was not fit to eat. I will never stay there again

We checked in on a Friday evening and when we walked into the hotel to check in it smelled like mildew and it was HOT. When we got to our room it smelled awful and stale and when we went to use the bathroom the shower was gross! The only cleaning that was completed was a new shower curtain. The sheets looked like they were from the 1970’s and felt awful to even just sit down on. We left and did not even stay the night and got a refund! If you are looking at this property DO NOT let the pictures fool you, they are all fake pictures!!!! And when we were leaving we had to wait to pull our car up to the checkout area because there was a man passed out in the middle of it.

Breakfast is lacking. Coffee is not good…all choices taste the same. Gravy and eggs and sausage are never hot. I was sick all morning after eating a few bites of it. Parking good

Nice staff, great location, room was decent.

Staff was friendly, lobby was clean Walked into a dim room, sconce on wall was just a light bulb. Happy to send pic if needed.

Place had a small to it. Had not been updated in years. Topped off with cockroach running across bed.

I stay here when I travel to Missouri and it is by far the best hotel. Beds comfy, jacuzzi tub in my room. Very clean very quite. I love this hotel.

Great pool, friendly staff, clean rooms and well worth the price.

Super clean and they allow dogs.

I booked this on my way home from a work trip in KS. I booked the particular motel in KS over other choices because it had a hot tub. when I got there, it was not working and wouldn't be for some time. So, I chose this property on the way home because it had a hot tub in hopes to make up for the one I missed out on at the other place. I got to the property and this hot tub had water in it. But when I got closer, there was a handwritten sign that it was closed! In both places, the pool was still functional. I paid significantly more for this property than the others around it with no hot tub just to get a hot tub. I regret that. Apparently, this entire trip I was not meant to get a motel with a hot tub! The rest of the motel was as expected for the level of motel it is. Clean, although the room smelled of shampooed carpet like after pets or smoke. The room also backed up to a train track, and the train was a bit loud in the middle of the night. the front desk has a cutesy little thing about "don't like our train? Here's earplugs". I didn't understand what that meant until around 4 AM! I just did my best to ignore it, but did leave a little earlier in the morning than I would have if I had slept better.

Staff and facility was great

It looks fancy on the outside and that they do complementary breakfast. Inside room I noticed a sticker which I read that's on the sink mirror before you walk into bathroom and it said that they don't wash towels nor bed sheets until every 3 days to reserve water and as guest can request more sheets and towels but who's to say that's those won't be as the same as the other ones in the room and I didn't feel comfortable with that because I don't know how long my sheets and towels been sitting there. Like maybe someone could of been staying in my room before me. Also I noticed that some of the staff don't wear gloves when refilling the muffins at the breakfast area and when it was time for bed I seen a tick on my the left bed on pillow closer to the small dresser so I grabbed it and killed it in the sink and next morning we all woke up with bite's in our legs etc.

The only issues we had was the pillows were super flat and the toilet paper didnt even qualify as 1 ply

Room was clean staff was friendly got tubs too jets weren't working but the lower ones were and it was actually hot as some places I have stayed there got tubs had no temp they were cold

Rates are very reasonable, room was clean. I had some language barrier with the staff, but overall our stay was pleasant.

All the employees are nice, my room was clean and large. They came in every day to make the bed and give fresh towels. I missed this luxury while traveling. So thank you for bringing this back!!! The hotel itself was very hot. (Lobby, halls, elevator) My room wasn't hot because I could control the temperature there. I'm sure as the weather gets warmer they'll turn the air conditioner on.

It was amazing. Very clean and comfortable.
