Bugs in the room

Greeted on arrival. Popcorn for the I room microwave is just a $1. The pool looked clean. We'll located near Wilson's Creek Battlefield.

The breakfast could have been better. The cereal tasted stale and orange juice was very watery. The yogurt was good. I’m just going by what I had.

The breakfast had waffles!! Pancakes are good, but waffles are better.

Our first room smelled horrible. They did move us without issue. In the middle of the night, the fan in the A/C unit significantly lost output and barely blew any air. We only had a couple more hours to sleep so just dealt with it. We've stayed there before without issue.

Overall a good experience. Clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. Only negative: We didn't know they were repaving the parking lot and our room smelled like tar one evening. Needed to be done and improved the parking area.

Hotel was fine. Stains all over the pillows, sheets, and towels. But comfy and nice people. Guests were having sex in the pool on multiple nights, and once in font of my 6 year old and i. I notified management and they still haven't taken care of it or contacted me to make things right.

We didn't have any access to WiFi in our room. Hallway light was missing a fixture.

room was clean. breakfast ok. Pretty standard for a free breakfast. toiletries were nice.

Great place, I stayed here for two weeks because my husband is in the hospital in Springfield. This is very convenient and closer to the hospital he is at. The hot breakfast was not as good as usual. It was cold most mornings and the sausage was not cooked

The air conditioning didn’t work right and room was not cool. The beds were terrible to sleep on. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stay in there to swim. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was horrible! The food was cold and the sausage was still frozen. It was not fit to eat. I will never stay there again

We checked in on a Friday evening and when we walked into the hotel to check in it smelled like mildew and it was HOT. When we got to our room it smelled awful and stale and when we went to use the bathroom the shower was gross! The only cleaning that was completed was a new shower curtain. The sheets looked like they were from the 1970’s and felt awful to even just sit down on. We left and did not even stay the night and got a refund! If you are looking at this property DO NOT let the pictures fool you, they are all fake pictures!!!! And when we were leaving we had to wait to pull our car up to the checkout area because there was a man passed out in the middle of it.

Outdated and ac barely worked Smelled like marijuana and the ac barely worked, staff didn’t help resolve issue and we were there sweating 5 nights

Breakfast is lacking. Coffee is not good…all choices taste the same. Gravy and eggs and sausage are never hot. I was sick all morning after eating a few bites of it. Parking good

Nice staff, great location, room was decent.

Staff was friendly, lobby was clean Walked into a dim room, sconce on wall was just a light bulb. Happy to send pic if needed.
