Great place to stay!!!!!!

Very helpful staff

I am a retired general contractor so I notice little things. I saw that the bathroom sink was cracked, the base moulding was slapdash at the joints, and the water was so soft that my shower made my skin feel slimy, Other than that, the room was clean, all the appliances worked, and the breakfast was good. My room was 322

Excellent staff and hotel. Loved the breakfast and nice sized room and very quiet. Only negative is the rugs need to be replaced and bathroom cleaned better

In room air conditioning didn’t work. Very helpful maintenance worker was sent up and he was able to get the fan working but the air never got cold. There was nothing more he could have done so I just dealt with it. Other than that it was good

Nice and clean room. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very nice pool and hot tub area. And the breakfast in the morning was actually very good! The location was also very convenient.

I loved my stay. The rooms are cozy.

Cleanest pool we’ve ever swam in (even the kids remarked on how clean and nice the pool was). Breakfast was a huge hit and staff were all super friendly! Thanks for a great experience !

Love the pet policy. Quiet and clean

The room was pretty clean and it was nice to have a kitchenette.

We noticed an increasing number of homeless in the area from the last time we visited. One of our party was even approached by one asking for money. Taking our dog out at night caused us to have safety concerns. Not the hotel's fault, it is a great space, but something to be aware of. Otherwise the hotel is clean, helpful, amazing breakfast and conveniently located.

Clean, quiet and comfy stay. We have a lot of projects coming up in Richland and I will continue to book my staff here! Thank you very much!

Exceptional

The room had a kitchenette and was clean. The included breakfast was pretty basic but adequate. The bedding could have been better, firmer pillows, nicer sheets.

The room had other people’s hair on the desk, in the shower and on the entrance floor. I just have the feeling that the rooms are not vacuumed or cleaned well between visitors and I find that to be disgusting. Also I could hear everything the guy next door was doing. Pretty sad for the amount of money we pay for a room.
