Pleasant staff, nice room. Good location

Overhyped and overpriced. I got ripped off on the room.

They are always nice and helpful in the past. . This time they gave us room 401. Directly across from the Home Depot loading dock. The back up alarms on the delivery trucks started at 5am and never stopped. Too much noise. No sleep. Terrible.

The phones in the rooms are fake phones. The whirlpool was a joke. The front door is hard to find because entrance looks like a side door. The channels on TV are very limited

A+++ staff was excellent. Super clean. Superb service. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms. Highly recommended.

The property is clean and the staff were nice, it's the follow through that could use some work. We requested our room be cleaned between nights and we were disappointed to come back to an unmade bed and no clean towels. The conditioner in the room was empty and the oranges in the lobbie water didn't appear to have been changed the entire two days we were there. I expected more for the price we paid.

Worth the extra few bucks (compared to other local hotels) for the quality of stay; room was super clean and clearly recently updated, nicely appointed kitchenette, big TV. When I checked in, the staffer said that breakfast opened at 7am, when I told her we’d be gone by 6am, she immediately asked if we wanted cold breakfast instead - I really appreciated the hospitality of that offer. Our dog stayed with us, and they even gave him a welcome bag with a cute toy. Would absolutely stay here again!

I will say the only negative was that it wasn’t as clean as I would like. Not in the sense of there was bugs obviously but more so as they may not have swept vacuumed and maybe washed the tub….not sure if it was just a bad/busy day but that is my only negative part about my stay. Other than that Staff was amazing all the appliances as well as access around the hotel and breakfast were good!

It was a place to stay. The rooms could use some work. My comforter was ripped and there were red stains on my couch. Good location.

I like the location of this property This place was filthy. The baseboards are coming off the walls in the hallways there stains all over the carpets in halls and room throughout . The bathroom fan didn’t work. The door didn’t lock and had a broken latch the AC unit was broken as well. The second room after complaint is OK there’s a weird smell with the HVAC system in our room and throughout the whole entire hotel everything smells musty, crusty dusty has caused me a serious allergy flareup and my elderly mom. And the mattress covers have little holes in the side of them.

Convenient location. Door is a little awkward to find but once inside super clean, friendly staff. Great amenities, loved the workout room. Enjoyed our stay!!
