This hotel is so nice. Room was clean and the staff was helpful. This hotel is a hidden gem if you are needing to stop in the Savannah area.

The first room had blood splatter on the dishwasher, a blood stain on the carpet, dirty countertops, stained bed sheets, and dirty doors and walls. The room also smelled terrible. The second room was even worse. It smelled bad, and the roll of toilet paper had already been used and had human waste on it. The doors and walls were dirty as well. The general manager personally inspected the room and witnessed these issues. The third room smelled much better, but the general manager still had to change the sheets because there was hair in the bed and wipe down the countertops because they were dirty. We also found roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, and the doors and walls were still dirty. The pool was out of service. We were offered access to a pool across the street, but we didn’t want to cross four lanes of traffic or drive elsewhere to use an amenity that should have been available. The staff was friendly, and the general manager did her best to help, but the housekeeping standards were unacceptable. It is clear the rooms were not being properly cleaned. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be staying at Home2 Suites again.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was cold. Room wasnt bad, but the ceiling in bathroom was peeling and showed evidence of mildew. I recently stayed in the nearby Holiday Inn Express off I95 and I would prefer that over this.

Friendly greeting and departure, nice room, accommodated our family of 5 very nicely for the one night we were there and breakfast that was included was perfect befits we had to head off. Staff was very nice!
