The room (bathroom) was not as clean as I would have preferred. It needed a real scrub down from just daily use. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and I would recommend to travelers.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was awesome. The room was exactly as expected. A few cosmetic things but nothing that impacted our stay. We would def stay again!!!

If you're anywhere near Savannah or this area of Georgia's Coastline, find Richmond Hills and GO SEE THESE FOLKS!

Good location, felt safe for family travel. Clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

We were so impressed that we rebooked, extending our time. Staff were so kind as to provide full housekeeping service to the accessible room without the hassle of moving us to a different room.

This is excellent temporary lodging for families needing to explore the area for more permanent options. The property and rooms are accessible with excellent parking and ramps included. Staff are truly attentive and accommodating and guests need only pack a change of clothes, swimwear (which they may wash in the for-fee laundry room), and an appetite for the sumptuous, hot breakfast in the lobby as rooms are well equipped with all other essentials. Families can hang out or work out together on property. A trip to the grocery store and the family is home together for dinner. Or they can order in. Ours is a Hilton brand family; Home2Suites comes second only to Embassy Suites for us!

Everything here was very much to our liking. The mattress was comfortable the microwave was wonderful the shower head worked great the room was clean everybody was very friendly even the breakfast staff was very kind. Thank you so much for a comfortable night stay I actually slept very well and I needed that night of sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone...

The room was great, very clean, they thought of everything. The breakfast was ok at best, bacon and scrambled eggs would have been nice.

Second time staying there and will return many more.

The staff were very nice and helpful. However, the rooms had weird smell and were a little dirty. The pullout coach had black mold at the bottom which isn't safe at all. I expected better from a Hilton brand.

This hotel is so nice. Room was clean and the staff was helpful. This hotel is a hidden gem if you are needing to stop in the Savannah area.

The first room had blood splatter on the dishwasher, a blood stain on the carpet, dirty countertops, stained bed sheets, and dirty doors and walls. The room also smelled terrible. The second room was even worse. It smelled bad, and the roll of toilet paper had already been used and had human waste on it. The doors and walls were dirty as well. The general manager personally inspected the room and witnessed these issues. The third room smelled much better, but the general manager still had to change the sheets because there was hair in the bed and wipe down the countertops because they were dirty. We also found roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, and the doors and walls were still dirty. The pool was out of service. We were offered access to a pool across the street, but we didn’t want to cross four lanes of traffic or drive elsewhere to use an amenity that should have been available. The staff was friendly, and the general manager did her best to help, but the housekeeping standards were unacceptable. It is clear the rooms were not being properly cleaned. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be staying at Home2 Suites again.

We had a king 1-bedroom suite, which was perfect for me, my daughter, and our small dog. It was nice to have the bedroom closed off and to have the extra space with the full living room area, dining table, and kitchen. Loved the size of the bathroom, and the shower was better than expected! The hotel was quiet; we were there for 5 nights and were on the 2nd floor and never heard any noise above us! The room had a bad odor when we first got there (I am assuming just from food from the previous occupant). We had a scent diffuser we picked up at Publix, and that fixed that! The biggest issue was that the bathroom slider doors closed with Velcro! It was not a huge issue since it was only my young daughter and I traveling together, but the doors did not always stay closed tight and if you needed privacy, it was always a guessing game if they would actually stay closed.
