Quality Inn Richmond Hill - Savannah I-95

a convenient location - next to many fast food restaurants and close to the highway. It was nice to have the drinking water and the hot coffee available in the lounge. Most of all, the front desk was very kind and thoughtful.

One small cockroach in our room. Pool was cool. Breakfast offers waffles, cereal and yogurt. Parking is a pain. 2 out of 5 experience

The price

Toilet wouldn't flush and their only response was they had a plunger.......that wasn't the problem. Free breakfast was coffee. No more Quality for us!

The pool wasn't very clean ran down

Pet friendly. I have a service dog and asked for an inside corridor room on the 2nd floor (no elevator) but was still put in an outside room (165) on the first floor where power washing was happening. After I complained to the front desk person, this work ended in a few minutes. There were a few construction vehicles parked on this side, and It appeared that the workers were staying here. The AC unit made a loud noise every time it cycled off! Not easy to sleep through that. The bottom of the entry door was bent and there was a space where bugs and other small critters could get in..The bathroom floor was dirty. I did not see the quality in this Quality Inn. Be careful when you see a low price!

I don’t care for waffles or cereal, so I went McDonalds. Quiet after 10pm signs would have been nice. The noise didn’t stop til 12:30 am!

I never got to stay. Took my money then told me card was declined. The man stole

the location was perfect!

Only disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance. It's an awesome pool too!!

The room was cheap, and the bed basically acceptable. It was a wire rollaway-looking bed, not the same as the online pictures. The shower worked. The TV did not have a cable attached, the clock was still an hour off and the radio did not work. The breakfast staff were rude, and the breakfast was barely acceptable. The construction noise before 6am was unacceptable.

Their "breakfast" was a joke. It's tucked in the back of the complex and they have practically no food. The "Coffee" machine dispenses something but I assure you that it is not coffee. They have a waffle maker and no butter and syrup and I didn't see the batter. They had cream cheese and no bagels, and the cereal looks old in secondary containers. The room was about what you expect for the price I have no serious complaints about that.

Not having what a customer need

Lots of USB outlets. good lighting (after I figured out how to turn them on.) Chair was terribly uncomfortable. Would have liked to have bananas available at breakfast. Water collects in the corner of the bathroom, and has caused wood deterioration.

Hotel is obviously dated and worn...ping pong table warped, pool furniture definitely well used. Pool was cloudy. Breakfast was good, but not much variety. Waffles, yogurt or cereal/oatmeal. Bed was comfortable and air worked, even though it was a bit noisy.

There were dead bugs left on the floor, shower curtains were filthy, the toilet wasn't cleaned and whoever cleaned the room left this sticky watery substance on everything.

Needs repairs and fixing up. Not very clean at all. Sticky stains on the floor and in the bathroom and tub.

The price was high
