We had a good stay.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy much of what the Lodge offers as we only stayed one night on the way to somewhere else. This place is worth more than one night!!! We will definitely come back when we can stay longer!
-
Everything was clean and perfect
-
Beautiful room with amazing views. Love all the outdoor lighting.
-
Restocked coffee without being hunted!
-
Beautiful facility, staff was friendly & helpful.
-
Clean rooms, outdated rooms, excellent service and highly recommend going--it is a true experience
-
We did pre checkin and then registration on site ane had to wait 3 plus hours for our cottage.
-
What a joke of a room. Definitely not worth the money. Go stay at motel 8 for similar experience. Hampton inn is better than this place
-
Incredible rustic architecture, friendly staff, great food, beautiful setting. The only downside: Though there were lots of activities, all were at extra cost and very expensive.
-
Great food, loved the shuttle, enjoyed the nature canyon and the golf carts. The Christmas lights were beautiful.

The room is great! Better than I even expected. The staff have all been super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a double-queen Valley View room on the ground floor.I'm unsure why it's called Valley View since our view was of the parking lot. While the beds were comfortable, the room was not up to the typical BC standard-could be compared to an Econolodge.Zero sound barrier between rooms. Our upstairs neighbors rolled in after 10pm and woke us all up with a sound I can only describe as swan-diving off the beds, mixed with repeated door slamming.I want to give kudos to the shuttle drivers-they were all super friendly.Fun Mountain-We got bamboozled into spending $100 on a gaming card because of a special that added $50 to the game card if you paid $100.We were advised that the card could be used for games, food, and drinks throughout FM.Fast forward to dinner time at Uncle Bucks inside FM, and our gaming card was declined as we were then advised that it cannot be used at Uncle Bucks. When we argued that the rep told us the card could be used at all of FM,we were told that, although Uncle Buck’s is inside FM, the card is not eligible for use at Uncle Buck’s.This disclosure certainly wasn't made at the time of purchase. The bowling alley is $70/hr, plus shoe rental. There are only eight 7 lb “kid” bowling balls in the entire bowling alley.1 large family can take all those balls. The golf cart tour for lights-$47/person.While they say it lasts an hr, there are so many people, along with signs letting you know that you cannot stop the cart and get out to take pictures-its a speed tour

Everything was spectacular and first class

Amenities, kind staff

The property is absolutely gorgeous! Very well maintained. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the mattress had seen better days. It was saggy and uncomfortable. I did share this with the desk at checkout and they said they would definitely send someone to replace it and were very grateful that I had shared this so they could fix it. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, but was worn. The paint in the bathroom was old and could have been refreshed. The person who checked us in was less than friendly and did not explain anything about the resort to us that we heard other staff explaining to other guests. The shuttle service was nice and the drivers were super helpful, especially Zachery and Samantha.

Couldn’t get app for directions to work. Couldn’t get shuttle app to work. Went to ToR and was told wrong information by driver. The only way we got back to BC was the lady at the information desk went out of her way to help us get a shuttle. She said the number she had didn’t work either, but she called till she found out the right number. Ended up not eating anywhere for dinner because we couldn’t get apps to work
-
.Front desk was not super friendly or helpful ....just referred us to app. to.look.at.app.. friendly
-
Beautiful property! We didn’t even have to leave
