Convenient clean and comfortable Nothing

The location because it was near everything especially the places where I had to go and restaurants and stores. The room, it was not as clean as it should've been and it looked like it hadn't been kept up. There were children in the next room that were very loud in the morning and woke me from my sleep. There was no breakfast and I was disappointed. For the price some type of breakfast should have been offered. It was a no smoking room but clearly someone had smoked in it before and the shower had hair in it when I got in.

The head boards at back of beds had finger prints and was not cleaned well. There was hair and dirt on bottom mattress box. The a/c unit wouldn't adjust temperatures It was to cold due to a/c. And it was dirt

The staff are fantastic. Room was exceptionally clean. Everybody was very friendly. I will return next year. Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints

Not clean, dirty floor, scratches on walls, old and ruined furniture

The 2nd room had a broken lock, so was not even able to access. The 3rd room, the light did not turn on, so had to use the bathroom light. Fridge was rotten. Sheets were moldy and I had allergies the entire night. Was terrified to discover what a 4th room would be hiding, so just stuck it out. I rarely stay in places where I have to give a negative review. But in my many years of using booking.com and a wide variety of lodging experiences, this is nowhere near a 7+ night.

This place was chosen 100% for the location. I did not mind the fact there was no continental breakfast as I drink a protein shake. The coffee in our room was good. They brought as a blanket for my mom. At first the bathtub lever drain would not work but it was quickly repaired. There was a trash sack and a pair of ladies underwear under one of the beds I discovered after we arrived that evening and I mentioned it to the front desk when I had put out the sign for maid service. However upon returning, it was still there.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was more than helpful beyond the expected. The tv remote didn't work but I wasn't interested in watching TV so it didn't matter. A minor inconvenience. I was offered a replacement but since I wasn't like5to watch it didn't matter.

The bathroom was not clean. Mildew build up in corner. It smelled bad. We were so tired after being on road fir 10 hrs we rested a few hours and checked out at 4:30am

Little bit of echoes in the hallway. Hard floors make shoes be loud when walking to and from the rooms.

The building has been remodeled and is very clean and modern. If this property were placed near the beach, you'd pay three times the amount, if not more. I've traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada, and the Rincon is worth the money. Its location is difficult to get to because of the way the road splits in front of the property. The street is one way to the right, and to go left, you must travel a few hundred feet to a traffic light and then head in the opposite direction. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained poorly. The bed was comfortable but not very stable. Sit on the foot of the bed, and you'll feel like you are going to slip off onto the floor. Bookings.com said the room was $54 per night. They charged me $80.

No Breakfast. Too bad. Quiet, back from the road - good. Room quite small, but clean and okay. Didn't like having to walk past the open but not in use Laundry facility every time to our room.

It was very clean and very quiet there I could and stay again if I come back rincon It was just perfect for the stay

The bed was not a queen size, had to ask for extra towels, blankets and iron but no ironing board.

The staff was great. Beds were surprisingly comfortable The bathroom was dirty: toilet and floors. Bedroom was not too clean, but the beds were clean. So it was ok for one night
