We stayed at the hotel across from the casino. It seemed newer and was very quiet.
-
The staff was great
-
Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean.
-
the service and amenities were absolutely horrible not impressed at all but the service overall was the worst i have ever had
-
Room was clean , hotel was clean

Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel.

Hot tub was closed, kids in pool well after 7pm, mice in the sauna, 90% of casino was smoking which made my wife sick as shebis allregic. Smelled like weed in multiple hallways. Carpets in lobby and hallways were stained and not cleaned. Overall this hotel is a 2 or < at best! I will never.....ever! stay there again!

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was disgusting !! Awful flavors and textures of breakfast food. Small flimsy plastic cups for juice and milk used.
-
Very quiet.
-
Not at all like the pictures online.
-
Didn't have enough clean towels, nobody changed the sheets
-
Only two tiny pillows per band not good pillows. Vending machines robbed you. Had to checkin at a totally separate hotel building.
-
The hotel was clean but bare bones and worn. No services or continental breakfast. The phone in the room didn’t work so had to drive back to the casino to checkout. Staff was not very welcoming or friendly either

Food was overpriced & limited selection. The buffet was closed & apparently has been for quite awhile.
