The hotel pays attention to detail and has a relaxed “cowboy” atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to stop on a trip or visit to Ritzville. They have a great pool, good breakfast, and EV charging.

This is the best place to stay in Ritzville. It is not as clean, but they pay attention to every detail, and the breakfast is pretty good.

Also, it would be nice to have two regular pillows that would work for people sleeping better. The pillows are two many, not comfortable and do no support our necks. Usually, I bring my own pillow, but forgot it this trip. Hope this gives you some direct feedback. Everything else is fantastic.,

I spend a lot of nights on the road...this is a must stay to experience. And it starts with the staff

Room was as expected. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was great. Lots of hot water. Plus they knew as an over night driver to give me a room that was away from the noise side of the hotel. Got a great night sleep before a long 10+ hour day. Breakfast was pretty good, although they can lose the turkey sausage! 😉 It's all good though. I appreciate getting a great room!

The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel

Very cozy and homey place. Rooms were super clean and roomy. Wonderful shower with instant hot water and high pressure shower head. Huge selection of food for breakfast.

My friend and I only stayed one night, but we both agreed that the beds were surprisingly comfortable! The place was spotless, and both employees at the desk when we checked in were extraordinarily kind, polite, and helpful. I mean, unusually so! When we checked in, they gave us the closest accessible room. It was very clean and fine, However, once we each sat on our beds, my friend noticed something sharp underneath her. It took a moment or two to figure out what it was, but somehow there was a child’s tooth sitting on top of her otherwise clean bed!! That was a head-scratcher - lol. When friend brought it to the Front Desk, they were as shocked and mystified as we were, and promptly moved us to another room immediately off the lobby. Only con’s for me were the total austerity of the bathroom (not even a single cup in it!), along with the plastic (very faux “stone”) countertop, and the over-the-top kitschy Americana the whole hotel was decorated with ;) We didn’t use the pool or spa, and we slept through breakfast; surprisingly a Sunday morning breakfast on a holiday weekend ends at 9sm. Am I the only one who considers that too early? Anyway, overall, I definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel in Ritzville.

Someone else came before 3 pm and a coworker showed up and checked in this person. Suddenly, all rooms were available and we were checked in bi her coworker. Very bad attitude the one exhibited by this young lady with two senior clients. The hotel was nice, and other staff ( breakfast) were very friendly, but not this young person. Rooms were already available, made us wait because she wanted, not because real need. We regret not using this hotel again because this person, it is a nice one with lot of interesting details from the time it's original owners made it.

Good breakfast. Very well kept propert We arrived 21 minutes before 3 pm and were told our room was ready but we would need to pay extra for an early check. Come on, that is ridiculous. Never had that happen to me before. Silly rule. We left early the next morning. Should have asked for an early check out rebate. lol.

Hot breakfast was empty by 8am. They did not restock it. Many people came in after us and ate cereal. I ate a donut. Then they brought in about 20 of the ugliest link sausages I have ever seen. I took pictures...but this questionaire doesn't let me upload photos.
