the check in was horrible, we got our room at 5:30pm, whe we got there at 3:30pm

Great stay

At time of check out this morning we talked to the front desk and said they couldn’t refund us or give us a discount. She only waived the parking permit $50. Which made no sense since we didn’t sleep in our car I didn’t think that was fair. My kids were tossing and turning because it was hot in the room one of my kids even slept on the floor instead of the bed.

Property was clean and felt safe. We definitely will be staying there again on our next visit to Riverside.

Staff was very helpful and the room was immaculate, kitchen well stocked and very quiet.

Location Been pretty unimpressed with this hotel. First time. I thought I was getting two nights when I reserved it (I know booking.com issue) but then my power goes out twice while I'm sitting in the room and have been active? Tv air light by my bed go out? Why is this? I had just gone out to my car to get creamer for my coffee and came back in and was working on my computer in bed when the power went out. Discounted with this choice in hotels. I'm glad I'm moving over to Hampton bay side tomorrow cause it's not worth 200 a night.

Great property, breakfast was always a great start everyday. The staff where very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. Even the guest staying there where delight to meet. This location was a great easy to get everywhere to.

I would stay again. Bed was comfortable bring your own K cups and tea bags they don’t supply. They have a full refrigerator. No microwave or stove.

Been there a couple of times and it's great but this time the hotel was taken over by swallows or some kind of birds nesting in their eaves and crapping all over their newly painted building, windows, sidewalks, and our cars! Sure hope Hilton Corp. resolves this before we come again the end of June!!!!

This property was more then I needed. It was nice have a location exceed my needs. The breakfast area made every day start off wonderfully.

It’s was super clean and very affordable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again. There is a Starbucks in a walking distance and many other food places.

Excellent hotel!! Way beyond my expectations with a wonderful breakfast.

The room area was awesome, the AC control Panel didn't work for the cold air, the shower didn't have hot water in the first night and the hand shower was leaking from the hose couldn't use it.

Everything was great . The only thing was the room and even more so the hallway had a very very bad smell.. like a mold or rotten food smell or maybe someone throw up .. but the smell was very strong that it went into the room. Also I found a couple of strands of hair in my bed. So it didn’t seem like it was fully cleaned. I am not a person who makes a big deal. So I never said anything. If I was staying there for more than the 6 hours, I would have said something but I didn’t. We slept and left . But everything else was perfect and the staff was amazing. Look at previous responses

I liked the coffee bar, the pool, the suite room and the staff. The lounge area was nice. The breakfast choices were good. The beer and wine dispensing machine didn’t work well. The hotel seem to suffer from bird droppings on the outside windows in some areas. I would suggest overhangs for the top windows. The entrance could use some improved landscaping and a more distinctive look.
