Hotel was super cold! I asked for 2 extra blankets. We had to leave a day early due to my dads health. Will try to see ifexpedia honors the insurance I purchased.

Restaurant, casino and pool area were clean and well maintained, very nice. The hotel room not so much: dirty ratty carpet, duct taped bedframe and overall not very clean.

At check in, noise from water feature was so loud the receptionist and I had to shout at each other. To get to the converence center it was necessary to walk some distance throgh smoke filled casino. Buffet open only Thurs-Sun leaving only fance dinning or snack bar as options. Wait staff and service in fancy dinning slow and did not seem experienced, needing reminding what servicing pieces were needed.

The staff was very welcoming and when there was an issue with our room, they made sure they made it right. Would definitely stay here again!

WE loved our stay at Riverside, which IMO the best Casino in the state of Iowa. Rooms are very nice, property is upscale and with the shops, pool, spa and Golf, it is a beautiful place to stay!

Allowing us to check in early All other staff was very friendly Bed was not comfortable for the price. Having to go through the smoking section of the casino to the event center The manager at the cafe was rude and could not stay calm under busy conditions, because a line formed at an open register.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. The doors to the rooms are loud and sound like people slamming the doors.

The reaort was a nice escape from the Iowa City college crowds.

Nice peaceful location far from city everything good but pool look dirty I don't know much but I see at evening time so it's used by some other guest so water looks little dirty and I don't like one think that every time enter to casino they check ID but it's ok I think it's theirs duties but need to improve.... And one more thing transportation I wait about and 1 hour for Uber ride to go back to station so I think uber can't find that location or shortage of uber driver so I suggest casino resort add some shuttle service to and from some specific locations during busy season.....
