Quality Inn & Suites Roanoke - Fort Worth North

Location Dirty room. Blood in freezer, Doritos on the side of the bed, used tissue under sink, mold in bathtub, phone had splatters on it and thick dust behind tv. Never used to be like this. May not return to this hotel. I’ve been several times.

It was in a great area and near a lot of stores and food places. We travel for soccer so this is a plus. Everything was great except the tv would not work in the room (my husband had to connect it properly, and the volume was stuck low) and the breakfast (biscuits and gravy) were cold.

Staff was great. Accommodating and resolved any issues we had

Very poor

Enjoyed my two night stay! Everything close by and friendly staff.

Room was comfortable. No clean towels delivered to room. Short on toilet paper. Breakfast served for too short a time.

I only had trouble with accessing the back exit door. The card reader was not reading properly on several attempts. Nevertheless, The Hotel was nice. Clean. As well as the staff was nice helpful understanding and courteous. The hotel had several amenities that were helpful during my stay. The hotel is convenient to shopping and eating establishments. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again when needed.

My complaint is about the incidental charge. The past 2-3 times it’s been $20. This time $100. I told the front desk dude there’s not even anything to buy here for a $100. 😂 TV movie rentals on-site are a joke now days, you can find anything you want online to watch for free 😉

Front office personal took care of a faulty office chair as soon as I asked.

Exceptional

It was convenient to the truck stop across the street. And the rooms were clean and comfortable. I didn't like that i extended my stay for ONE day and had to pay AN ADDITIONAL $100 DEPOSIT. ITS LIKE THE 1ST $100 WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR AN EXTRA DAY.

Good

Quick and easy check in and nice cold air conditioning and I was on the third floor and the temperature was nice and cold.

The location was good. Near the restaurants and fast food, gas stations even walking distance if you wanted too. The staff were incredibly sweet. And the hotel smelled so good when you walked in. The breakfast was not good, the tv didn't work so we had to switch rooms, the shower head kept moving towards the wall, but the water pressure was really nice and the keys stopped working a few times. The housekeeper went to bring us towels - knocked once then unlocked the door to come in. Luckily nothing was going on.
