The hotel was beautifully decorated. The room was huge amd quite luxurious. I would be happy to live there forever !

The hotel has been updated with nice updates. The beds were not as comfortable as they used to be. The cleaning was not as good as it used to be and the amenities not as great. We’ve been going for 10 years plus and this is the last time we’ll probably stay there. But food was good.

We had an awesome experience! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and everything was in excellent condition. The staff really takes care of the details that make this hotel first class!

Nice updated rooms, great location. Restaurant and bar great. Hard finding coffee in the morning and they charge for parking.

During check in, the representative went over the use of our keys and the best way to access our room. We also gave her a credit card for what she described as "incidentals." I asked her about the fact that we had 2 reservations and she said that that was no problem and that we could keep the same room throughout our stay. She also handed us our parking pass to hang on our rearview mirror. There were only two issues about this process that we only found out later: 1. We weren't advised of a $20 charge per night for parking ($60 is hardly what I would call "incidental"). 2. We were not told (til last morning) that a complimentary breakfast came with the room. The first 2 nights were great, The third day we went to a family reunion. That afternoon, I received a text stating that because the reservation for the third night was separate, we would have to re check in at the front desk, Upon our return that night, we checked in again and went up to our room - it had not been cleaned. We called the front desk and they offered to send up a crew but we were tired and only requested towels. 2 issues here: 1. The room was not cleaned. 2. Why not tell us of the 2nd check-in the 2nd morning, or even when we originally checked in?

AMAZING stay! Room was 10/10. The restaurant was also so good. Our waiter, Riley was phenomenal and everything was fresh and delicious. Parking can be a challenge due to the banquet room festivities, but overall would stay again. Thank you!!

Used to be one of the best hotels in the Midwest, had so much character and great personable- now it’s a run of the mill contemporary hotel with mediocre and best staff (except for cleaning- always great people that do a great job). For the cost, Fairfield Inn down the road is superior.
