Staff very helpful and great breakfast

1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.

Breakfast was very good and convenient. Bed was too soft.

Short drive to downtown Rochester and the Strong Museum. Lots of box stores and restaurants nearby. 24/7 coffee, tea, juice, and snacks (fruit, yogurt, cereal) was a nice treat for us and our two kids. The hot breakfast was not the tastiest, but helped tide our kids over until a real meal. Room and bathroom, especially, were a bit small for a family of four (two kids under 6). Air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud overnight but it helped mask any sounds from the road outside.

Breakfast was good with both pancakes and french toast - extras for our traveling family. It's on a busy road so dicey walking around. Folks or guests smoking pot near the exits which drifted into the hotel building.

Always clean and always a nice breakfast. My family and I have stayed at this total four times while my son visited the local colleges. We will stay here again in the future.

Decent location near highways. Not a lot of parking.

BREAKFAST AND LOCATION WAS GOOD THEY TOOK 100$ FOR DEPOSIT WHICH THEY SAID YOU WILL GET AFTER WITHIN A WEEK BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT BACK AND I DEMANDED INVOICE ALSO WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET.

above average hotel breakfast nothing really

The staff were very nice. The bed was great and comfortable, the room was clean with lots of towels. Some snacks available 24/7 The pressure in the shower could have been a bit better and the breakfast was quite average. Wasn’t a fan of eating out of plastic plates.

The shower enclosure was brand new, and nobody thought to include a shower mat in it. I slipped and almost fell. Should not have happened.

Our interactions with the staff were excellent. The young woman at the front desk was both capable and kind. The breakfast buffet was simple but had a nice variety of options and the scrambled eggs and pancakes were delicious. The room and bathroom had some worn edges but was clean and very comfortable! We would stay here again!

The Knicks won and I hate them. Besides that, the hotel was nice.

Exceptionally clean, inviting, updated decor, the breakfast and the selection of food and drinks available 24/7 free of charge. Not a thing
