i resereved the room over two weeks ago when i called the day before Steve said i didn't have a room i called Booking .Com the guy said it was my fault and hung up on me very poor customer service

Nice room and pool Movies didn’t work in the room. Staff couldn’t help with anything. Had no food to sell and we had to rent a microwave for $10 when there was one sitting right in the lobby that they wouldn’t let us use.

The overall experience was better than I thought. Only issue was on Saturday when we ate at the buffet. We got there around 7:45 pm. No one said they closed at 8pm. Around 8:20, they proceeded to remove all food/desserts. So no desserts for us. We could not see the buffet from where we were sitting. At 8:30pm, the waitress said we had to leave by 8:40pm. I think if someone comes in close to close, they should explain that the food may not be there for seconds or dessert. The food was OK, but next time I will eat at the sports bar.

This hotel attached to a casino is a wonderful property! We had a water view, which was very nice. The room was very clean, cleaned by Diamond. The shower was large, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and crisp. I will definitely stay here again when I attend another concert at the vibrant arena.

Convenient, expeditious, and friendly check-in by the staff. Appreciated the fact that we were allowed to check in a bit early. It allowed us time to rest before a wedding which we had scheduled at 5 PM. Thank you for a wonderful experience..

The casino itself was very nice. However, the restrooms were extremely dirty. Overall a great stay.

Daily house keeping room service would make this even better! Room isn’t serviced until day three of your stay. When it is, towels and toilet paper are replenished and garbage emptied - as far as I can tell.
