The paper toilet was no refilled in the bathroom!

Few hours after my arrival, I found out that the AC doesn’t cool the bedroom, the blower barely throws any air in the bedroom. At the same time living area gets colder as the temp setting - 68. I woke up at 2:30am as I was feeling heated and asked the front desk, as I expected the response was - there’s no maintenance at that time. So she noted but nobody came in the morning. After my work I returned around 2pm, asked front desk and nobody looked into the issue. I was made sure that as I walk up to the room - the maint guy will reach as well. 30 mins passed, no one appeared, I called front desk (Kayla) again, she assured that someone should be there shortly. I did mention that I’m ok to change the room as well. Finally, after 30 mins maint guy came, reduced the temp setting to 65 and said - that it should cool down now. I fell asleep bc I was tired, few hours later I found out bedroom isn’t getting cool down to the temp setting. Feeling Disappointed, tired and hopeless - I slept on the couch in the living area and while checking out I reported the issue to front desk again.

The food, and the staff are exceptional. I would like to give a shout out to my brother's who worked the breakfast that morning. Super souls, God bless them all. The receptionist staff were professional and answered any question I had. My only ding is that there were floorboards laying and the hallways with some obvious wallpaper issues, but I'm assuming maintenance staff know about this (10th floor) again, thank you for a wonderful stay

Breakfast staff were great! Friendly and professional; cooked to order omelette was delicious and I loved my fruit cup. Happy hour was great and had ping pong and connect four. The $49/he simulation sport room was worth it along with pool table, air hockey and fusball

the Riverfront view was spectacular. The property was clean and modern. The daily reception and cook to order breakfast exceeded our expectations.

It's a converted warehouse. Uninsulated bar concrete walks make it damp and cold. I can't imagine a winter visit

Breakfast was excellent! service fixing phone and TV issues were resolved promptly. Parking explanations were confusing to say the least! There should be some written or publish parking instructions prior to or at arrival.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Great gym very clean

Biggest minus is your choice to not make free parking available nearby. You could easily make a financial deal with the city for free access to one of the three nearby lots -- especially the lot that is southwest of the hotel, it's almost always empty -- but you are never going to do that. We appreciate your effort to provide us with adjoining rooms -- your front desk staff is top notch.

Very clean property. Good location. Breakfast was great and complimentary. Room had an industrial feel with great views of the river and city. Rooftop bar and restaurant are fantastic. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was very good and had an outstanding staff member (don't know his name). Close to many wonderful attractions! Parking can be limited at certain times.

Very Clean property. Room was beautiful. Swimming pool had a whirlpool that felt great. Rooftop Brunch tasted great but the cooked to order FREE breakfast offered each morning can't be beat. All staff encountered were extremely nice and accommodating. Looking forward to my next visit.

Clean room and friendly front desk staff

Very nice place and it had everything you could ask for in a hotel. Great food, drinks, rooms were great, very clean and spacious, beds were super comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Room was cold. Sheets had too much bleach. Made skin itch. Beds were uncomfortable. Not worth price and no valet. Would not recommend
