Clean room friendly stuff clean pool quiet space

Price was amazing for such a clean and quiet place. Super quiant area. Absolutely loved my stay!

This hotel is what I consider Average and seemed a little out-of-date and could use some renovation with external appearance and with the inside of hotel on carpeting and some other things. However, the room itself was not too bad and actually had a Microwave and Refrigerator and the breakfast was decent. Staff was very courteous and professional.

I like that there was a microwave in the room and refrigerator. The staff was very nice and helpful. When we came back from dinner our TV was still not connecting. Our TV was not working properly. There was a cable missing so I suggested to replace the cord fom an empty room versus us moving to another room since we were aready unpacked. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I really love it. It’s simple but clean, quiet, convenient, and the staff are top notch - so kind and helpful. They even gave me and my son little gift bags when we checked in! I’ll be staying at this property anytime I’m in the Rocklin area!

Initially my toilet didn’t flush, bathroom sink did not drain and phone was not connected and working but all fixed after a few hours. Room was clean and everything was clean. The air conditioning was an old fashion wall unit which worked well enough but was too loud to keep on at night and took awhile to cool off the room. The breakfast was very good.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where I attend it. A function would not been my first choice won’t be going back. The registration clerk was rude he seems not happy to be working there and not very professional. I asked questions and he appeared to have an attitude. The breakfast was OK took a long time to get eggs.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Only issue was no TV or internet service due to some issue that maintenance was working on. Never got resolved. No TV.

I was over charged for my reservation and wasnt refunded for 5 days & the card keys for the room quit working at least 10 times over the course of a week.

It was amazing I would definitely stay here again, the staff at the front desk was amazing he actually took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with my stay, and I have stayed in a lot other hotels and I had not experienced something like that with the staff., so I truly recommend this place.

The room was cozy and clean, staff friendly and helpful. I enjoyed breakfast, their dining room, and the coffee machine was fancy.

Clean and comfortable quiet considering the location. Hotel is tucked back in and has ample free parking.

Property is very dated and so are the rooms. I had a roll in shower which did not have a shower curtain it let water spray into general bathroom area not safe with slick floors. They need more handicap spaces close to hotel. The staff takes up 3 parking spaces close to entrance all the time. Tv reception was horrible kept losing signal. My remote did not have a working volume control. The only saving grace was the breakfast served daily was pretty good. They should have carpet
