The bath tub/shower was very slippery and dangerous with no rubber mat for the floor of the shower.

Room was good size, clean. Nice area for the hotel, quiet. Breakfast one of the best we have had; and the staff there is extra nice.Room negatives: the A/C could not be adjusted and it was an icebox; we had to turn it off entirely. Also, no electrical outlets for chargers -phone,hearing aids etc, not near the beds or even on the desktops.Finally, you need to upgrade the wifi; not a strong signal. Still a good stay

I thought the restaurant would be open (Sunday night) but it wasn't. Maybe I should check back but I thought it was open 7 days a week. Maybe my mistake. Otherwise a very nice place.

Location The price was a little bit high. The room that they gave me it has unpleasant smell and it smells very bad. The brakes fast was not included and when I checked in they told me about the kitchen and the food the provide and they said kitchen is open till 9 pm. When I went to order food they said oh we had issues with the kitchen and kitchen was closed for the day and they didn’t open the kitchen all day. They never told me the kitchen is closed when I check in I was so disappointed

Room pictures online did not add up to room stayed in. Windows were dirty. The hotel bar was not open, i asked for whole milk and the front desk told me it’s locked up and they don’t have access. I would not recommended this hotel for the price.

Needs an update. Hotel and room look outdated. For an upscale hotel should offer complimentary coffee and water. Room had very little outputs to charge phones, watch and iPad

I have stayed at this hotel for multiple years this year was the worst it has ever been. The AC in the nutmeg ballroom was out and we had a meeting all week long in there it was hot it was nasty it was disgusting they charge us for fans when they knew the AC was out for four weeks. The food that we ate for dinner sucked it was dry it was disgusting the potatoes were so glued together you could’ve used them to probably lay bricks

Excellent buffet breakfast! Outstanding lobby space The day after checking in, we were unable to enter our room due to technical issue with the card key, upon notification at front desk, the issue was resolved promptly.

Took away 2 stars : 1 for the bed- it was extremely soft.. we sunk in a few inches and did not sleep comfortably: 2 we loved the patio area .just the patio seating needed to be cleaned/ hosed down... we couldn't sit anywhere to enjoy the patio
