Location The price was a little bit high. The room that they gave me it has unpleasant smell and it smells very bad. The brakes fast was not included and when I checked in they told me about the kitchen and the food the provide and they said kitchen is open till 9 pm. When I went to order food they said oh we had issues with the kitchen and kitchen was closed for the day and they didn’t open the kitchen all day. They never told me the kitchen is closed when I check in I was so disappointed

Needs an update. Hotel and room look outdated. For an upscale hotel should offer complimentary coffee and water. Room had very little outputs to charge phones, watch and iPad

I have stayed at this hotel for multiple years this year was the worst it has ever been. The AC in the nutmeg ballroom was out and we had a meeting all week long in there it was hot it was nasty it was disgusting they charge us for fans when they knew the AC was out for four weeks. The food that we ate for dinner sucked it was dry it was disgusting the potatoes were so glued together you could’ve used them to probably lay bricks

Excellent buffet breakfast! Outstanding lobby space The day after checking in, we were unable to enter our room due to technical issue with the card key, upon notification at front desk, the issue was resolved promptly.

Convenient location. Our plans changed and we had to cancel one night stay and the staff along with Booking.com made it happen We were not told the pool was being removed and the bar area was very dark. We were told the bar was open until 10:00 pm but closed at 9:00

The location worked well for us. The room was clean This is no longer a Sheraton. It is a Marriott Envoy. Has been for approximately 14 years, according to the desk staff. Might make a difference to some. We had an issue with the toilet and using the phone to reach the desk. Bathroom had minimal towels. When we checked out and shared our concern with the front desk staff, they were mildly apathetic. The hotel was clean, but the rooms need updating.

Our toilet ran until you jiggled the handles frequently to get it quiet. The shower curtain was falling into the tub. This was a safety concern because you ended up stepping on it. The tub drain worked sporadically. The dinner at the restaurant was okay, typical hotel food. Same for breakfast. The entire hotel has seen better days and the rooms need refreshed. But it was clean, and that's half the battle.

My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible.
