Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR

Arrived at the hotel, and they told me they were overbooked, and that I was just without room. The hotel clerk said he didn’t know anything about it. He walked into this mess. There’s nothing he could do for me.

Staff was great! Helpful, nice, pleasant. Coffee seemed to run out quickly but many patrons were up late at either concerts or game day so understandable, and the staff worked quickly and didn’t seem stressed and were very pleasant interacting with guests. Room was fine, inexpensive. Pillows aren’t great, but that’s my personal preference. Close to The Amp concert venue is the reason we chose this place. Good enough to stay again when we visit for concerts.

The breakfast had a good selection, and the room was surprisingly spacious for the price, even if for only a single night. The beds had plenty of pillows, and the air conditioner kept the room cold the whole time.

Close to the concert venue It was filthy.

Needs to be updated and a good cleaning. Doesn't match up with the catfishing photos had to leave and find another hotel!

We loved the pool time!! The room was a little dirty and the TV didn't really work. With that said, the staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect! It was a great place to stay. We would stay at this location again!

The air conditioning unit did work well in our room No remote to work the tv, ice machines all not working except on second floor, hot tub closed. Very old decor carpet etc. shower on off very difficult to work

Sufficient stay for the one night we were in town. Staff was friendly and coffee next morning was great.

I like the inside swimming pool I like that our room was comfortable and peaceful and quiet. I like that there’s a good variety of breakfast served here. The staff was nice. I didn’t like that for the price I paid the hot tub wasn’t working. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Didn’t like how when I first walked into my room. There was a piece of plastic trash in the floor, and all the pillows from one bed was piled on top of the other bed. We were expecting both beds to be neatly and nicely made . It was a little shocking walking in seeing a piece of plastic trash off of one of the cups in the floor and then seeing the pillows from one bed piled all on top of the other bed almost seems like someone had just stepped out of there from staying the night in there or maybe someone forgot to finish and complete their job in the room Was also a little disappointed in the taste of the breakfast. The sausage had a weird taste to me. The gravy seem too thick, had almost a gummy, like texture and the little muffins tasted off, I actually spit the muffin out and threw it away. Hopefully if I ever get to stay here again, the experience will be overall better for me and my husband

Bad musty smell when entering our room. Pool was shut down day 1. It got fixed but staff had to let us in. Pool was dirty and gross looking. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Door keys didn’t work well or at all!

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel looks a little worn, but the staff made up for that. AWESOME Staff. Our room was super clean, but we did notice by food area and outside trash was over flowing, but as soon as the Sunday manager saw the trash overflowing she was on top of it. I will definitely stay again.

Disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable

The staff was super, great help with a non functional tv when we checked in.
