Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR

We looked at 3 rooms and settled for least smelling of the 3…… unfortunately as she walked in she sprayed as she walked ahead of us…. Got things in the room and went for dinner and such….. Came back to a room smelling of cigarettes and alcohol!!!!! To tired to fight it…… got up the next morning for breakfast and walked the the dog….. No plastic bags and nowhere to deposit dog waste! Dog droppings all over and trash! Came to a decent breakfast and went to the bread cabinet to see a??? Bug run across the top of the breads! Oh and the hot tub was not filled and chained off…… horrible experience and we tried to make the best of it! The entire place needs remodeling and outside cleaned and maintained!!!!

The rooms.were clean, but the room was not well maintained. Our shower wouldn't drain and the TV would not work. Buffet breakfast was good.

Hot tub was broken But was a good place for the price will go back

Over charged me 435$ messed up somehow with their billing system charged me 510 with a refund of 75 said it was billed daily booked through here said I had no extra charges where is my money don’t stay here they will scam you

When we went to the front desk to get a cookie, a woman and her two children, who had just come from the pool, reached directly into the cookie area and grabbed cookies with their bare hands. The next morning at breakfast, several guests allowed their dogs to walk around the dining tables without leashes while people were eating. We also saw children reaching into the sausage tray with their hands instead of using the serving tongs. These situations created serious cleanliness and food-safety concerns. Guests should be required to use the proper serving utensils, and pets should remain leashed and away from the dining area. We have enjoyed staying here in the past, but this weekend was not a good experience. I hope management takes steps to better monitor the food areas and enforce basic health and safety rules.

2 TVs, good refrigerator, good Wi Fi. Comfortable bed. Good lighting.

Very clean the breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. I felt like the air-conditioning was struggling to keep up which gave the room weird moisture on the floor. I would stay again its really nice place.

Hot tub wasn't working and gym equipment was "out of order". Night staff was helpful and friendly; day staff not so much.

Nice property. Good, central location. Small pool and gym. Broken hot tub. Beds are extremely firm, so if that's not your thing you may wake up with a back ache like I did. Biggest annoyance was the card readers not working on exterior doors and requiring multipke swipes to get in your room. Overall, a fine value for the area.

Everything was clean but the hot tub was emptied and the pool was so overly chlorinated my kids couldn’t swim. The room was clean but definitely in need of updates. Things were damaged or worn which is fine. I wasn’t expecting much for the price.

Nick was amazing and helped us have everything to accommodate us during our stay. The staff was all very nice and polite the beds seemed hard but once I got snuggled in they turned out to be very comfortable the breakfast was amazing and the tvs in the room had access to Disney plus which occupied the kids all around good place to stay

My room smelled like it had a moisture problem. I wouldn't quite say it smelled like mold, so I'll say it smelled damp. The bed was comfortable nice pillows. The staff was friendly.

Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer but the property was nice, room was comfortable and clean!

Parking lot had broken glass in the back parking area. Staff did offer to change rooms to help. The hot breakfast & pool were very good. Hot tub under repair.

The room was very clean and quiet. They are pet friendly with a 50.00 charge. We picked up a puppy on our way to visit family so it was perfect. My daughter loved the pool. Husband and daughter said the breakfast was great. I had a hard time finding the hotel, but we made it. I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling with pets and kids.
