Very old and outdated room. We accidentally book smoking room which we did not even know that that existed anymore, and all sheets and blankets were burned from cigarettes. All bedding was just as old as this building was. It was very expensive room for what they offered. My daughter booked it by accidents not paying more attention to everything.

Rooms were good for the price some guests were outside drinking and being loud till about 4 am, not really the hotels fault but that was my negative about my stay

The property was clean and staff was helpful. The tv was a little wonky but I figured out how to work it.

It was clean.. had made some updates.. but service was lacking.. no communication with management for problems.. there was NO TV service the 1st day at all no response from repeated calls for service.

Excellent place for one night! Exceeded my expectations, nice new hard wood floor, comfy bed and they have ESPN. Friendly front desk woman.

This makes the 4th weekend in row I was in Rogers for a fishing trip and chose to stay here. Always quiet and secure with boat plugs-ins accessible.

Rooms are always clean and property is always kept up nicely. This is my go to place to stay everytime I make the trip to Beaver Lake to fish. Parking lot is well lit, secure and covered in cameras. There is also designated boat parking with plug ins. Have probably stayed here 15 nights in 2026.

Clean rooms with secure parking for my boat. Plug-ins accessible for easy charging of batteries too. Stay here every time I fish the mid lake area!

Very accommodating and close to everything I need. I stay here everytime I come to fish Beaver Lake. Boat plug ins conveniently located in a secure parking area.

The first two night we stayed there our key to our door was disconnected and we couldn't get into our room the last night we stay there we had the same problem they like to disable keys to your room
