Front desk hours are extremely limited. We arrived at 8:30 PM and the desk was closed. You have to call an after hours number to have someone come and check you in - we waited nearly 15 minutes. We made a reservation for 3 people and the rooms only provide you with two towels. You can either PAY to have extra towels, or exchange towels to get more (but only during office hours) No soap, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the rooms. You can get them (but only during office hours) By the way, office hours on weekends are 10 AM-4 PM only. Asked for a one hour extension on check out but that would have cost extra. Checkout was at 11 AM and they literally came to our room at 10:45 to make sure we were going to be out by 11. This is definitely an extended stay type of hotel, bring your own stuff. I will say the hotel was still rather new, so it was very clean.

This place is lovely because it’s brand new. The walls are as thin as paper. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was amazing!!!! The manager addressed my issue and provided a quick resolution and made my stay better!!!!

My room was clean but I did find a couple of bugs in my room. a large caterpillar like bug and some other bug in my bathroom. This hotel seems understaffed. Sometimes there isn't anyone available at the front desk. Seems the manager lives at the hotel and will shut the front down at night. They do have a large laundry room that I didn't use. the fitnesss room does have modern cardio equipement. No pool. The only other issue I had was I requested a late check out. However, all they offered was a 12pm check out that would cost me about $50 anything longer I'd have to pay a full day. Lastly, the morning of my check out, after getting an email & text reminding me of my check out time, one of the hotel employees came to my room at 10:20am, didn't knock, just opened the door while I was laying in bed. When I yelled, "What are you doing?" He said, "Just a reminder that check out is at 11am. This was completely unnacceptable

I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons. The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. The inside and outside of this hotel is immaculate and quiet. Our room was clean, had just the right amount of space, the a/c kept the room cool and the bed was so comfortable. Our room was equipped with a mini kitchen that included a 2 burner stove top, microwave and a regular sized refrigerator/freezer. They have an on-site clean laundry room, that requires your door key to enter. You can pay using an app which allows you to keep track of the time until your laundry is done, The washer and dryer are priced affordability. They have snack and drink machines. If need be, this hotel is within walking distance of a Walmart Supercenter, fast food restaurants, Dollar Tree, Ross and other businesses. It is pet friendly. The parking lot is well lit. None of which bothered us, but all rooms are non smoking, they do not have a swimming pool and they do not serve breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, HUGE shout out to Matthew. The hotel was extremely clean. the check-in process was simple. Most of all the hotel is dog friendly which was super important for us. the bed and pillows were just ok, but not horrible. Other than that i can not think of anything else.

Great property! Would recommend for business travelers.

Very positive experience. Everything was sparkling clean, well-designed, good security features, pleasant and professional staff. Location was good, well-lighted, in nice commercial area with easy access.

A simple, yet surprisingly comfortable space. I wasn’t traveling for luxury, so the simple accommodations were perfect for my stay. My room was absolutely spotless (so to was the rest of the hotel), a/c worked wonderfully, bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. All said, I will definitely give this location (and brand) another try!

You get what you pay for, and for the low price it was very good. There is NO fluff or extras that you are over paying for. It was clean, convenient and the staff was great.

Clean, quiet, convenient location, staff are nice & helpful. I travel for work and it’s perfect for extended trips, affordable and hassle free. Fast food and dine-in restaurant options, shopping, and trails nearby.

Was very clean and comfortable, but I could hear a lot of noise from upstairs neighbor at 2am. Floors are laminate wood. I was on first floor. Upper floors need carpeting /padding to prevent excess noise.

Still the same fabulous place! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The location is great, staff is fab … not one complaint!

Well, the staff were completely disrespectful. They ilegally took in swiped my card after I left my wallet. And try to charge me for dirty linen. When it is their job to clean the linen? Of course , the linen's going to be dirty after stay
