Nice, clean hotel and room. Friendly staff.

Front desk clerk wasn't around - had to stand around over 15 minutes to wait for her to come back to check in and later waited to buy a soda. Hot tub was cold - front desk staff said it was from jets running all day??? Never experienced cold hot tub from it runnings before. Was bummed bc the photos showed volleyball net in the pool but there was no net available. Hotel itself is like any older Holiday Inn - nothing special but nothing terrible.

The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained toilet and tub. Cleaning did a good job daily with what they had to work with.

Convenient location to restaurants and Ellingson Car Museum. Very nice room and courteous staff.

The hotel was the perfect stop before a race the next day but was clean, easy to access and had a nice restaurant that we could walk to. Breakfast was good and overall a great stay.

The room and property were both clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a good, basic continental breakfast with several different options. The parking was easy and felt safe and conveniently located, within walking distance of a nice pub and grill next door. I would say it’s a good, reasonably priced, conveniently located, standard hotel.

We. Had to switch rooms because the carpet by the beds was wet in our first room.

I wish to never stay here again. The room doors are old and don’t feel super safe. The walls were thin. Staff did not appear to want to be there.

We do a lot of road trips. This Holiday Inn was 5 star. Super helpful, friendly staff. Nice size room, very clean, good lighing and updated. Enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely be return guests. Great eatting right next door at Short & Tall.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Having the Short and Tall restaurant right next door was an added bonus to our stay. We were so impressed with the overall happiness of the staff that it made our stay wonderful and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!

Everything was great. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Other Holiday Inn Expresses have an in house bar/restaurant but this one doesn't. Not super convenient but they have partnered with a local place next door. Only down side was I asked to have room cleaned before 8am and while they restocked towels and made the bed, they didnt change the sheets and pillow cases. I know this because my granddaughter had a bloody nose and the spots were still on the pillowcases.

We had two rooms that were right next to each other with a door connecting. We specifically rented this hotel for the kids pool. They had an incident of some sort that closed the kids area down our entire stay. I understand things happen, but we would have stayed at a hotel closer to our event for less money if it hadn’t been for the toddler area. Instead, our 2 year old got to see the area with us and the hotel staff constantly telling him to stay away, not fun. We should be reimbursed for the services not provided.
