Hotel was great

Enjoyed our stay at the Cherokee Casino and Hotel very much. Room was perfect. We happened to also have a wonderful view. We ate at the casual food place in the casino. Parking was in the garage, so our car stayed out of the oppressive heat that day. We even played a bit in the casino.

We enjoyed our one night stay as we passed through the state. We liked that we could use the outdoor pool, restaurant, bar, and casino. It kept us from having to leave the facility on a rainy evening.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable. The public area (lobby, front desk) smelled like disinfectant/air freshener/perfume, but it's better than cigarette smoke. If I pass through again I would choose to stay here.

The room was large, clean, and the bathroom was large. My only complaint was the in room coffee was very good and the food was below par. We were not there on a weekend and the buffet wasn’t available.

We just stopped for gas and the sign lured us in. The hotel was great! The lady at the front desk was very helpful. We were very happy to find out that the pool was open late. Loved everything!

My only complaint is that most of the game machines would not read the cards so we didn’t get all the points we should have!
