I liked every thing possible, location to academy, nice staff, great coffee, clean pool and gym and so on…

The facility it self is beautiful..the bathroom is really nice. The sofa bed had dirty sheets and the fridge had old food in it. Sadly the pool was out of order

Breakfast did not taste good, but the juice was decent. The staff was nice and friendly. Facilities and rooms could use some updating and brightening up. The elevator is creaking. The town is creepy and there's nothing around, but appreciate that there was a hotel we could stay at.

Kids on the floor playing music and chattering at the elevators, had to talk with them about it. Tried to call the front desk, but the line was busy for a good 15mins. Breakfast was meh, coffee was not that great (and I'm not expecting a 5-star morning setup, but come on). When we mentioned the issues from the night before, stating our stay was average, the front desk associate replied, "Well, average is better than bad .." Needless to say, if we are up this way again, we'll choose another place to stay.
