Rosarito Beach Hotel

The property was beautiful. No fridge or microwave was a bit inconvenient. The employees kids, teenagers were in the hot tub every time we went to use it. I set mt phone down on a bench out in front and the security guard picked it up as soon as he noticed i had went on to my car. I noticed i didn't have it when I got into the car,. My friend and I went to the bench where I left it, it was gone. He watched us look for it all over, then after about 20 minutes, he asked if we lost something. I said yes my phone, and he just stood there. A few minutes later my husband called my phone and it was in his pocket. Even after I told him that he had my phone, he was not willing to give it back. My husband offered him money and he finally gave it back. Our room key was missing out of it. It was very shady behavior and made me uncomfortable. He basically was an extortionist.

Location is good and beautiful beach view The service was bad I had to wait almost an hour to get assistance to get into my room as the key was not working. They programmed the key twice. Room service was bad as well. Jacuzzi was dirty and so was one of the big pools

Very friendly staff. Hotel is impeccably clean. RBH has been an institution for over 100 years.

The historic part of the faciiities were very interesting. The accomodations were very dated and the one chair old with no support. The pool itself is beautiful but the surrounding building detracts.

The location was great. Communication was an issue as most staff did not speak English.

Great place. Have stayed there many times before. Great location, walking distance from everything.

I loved the view and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was able to accommodate us and give us an early check in. There was too much light coming in from the outside into the room.

Nothing no parking space over crowded it no valet parking Dirty floors on rooms housekeeping really bad bed are barely in the floor just boxspring in the floor just a mattress on top really bad

Hotel is good Just the fact that we're lots of young kids slamming doors, running through the hallway, yelling and stumping on the floor, overall bad experience due to lack of sleep

we had a great view and accessible to walk to resturants I didn't find anything i didn't like on this visit.

All good Price . Was higher on booking than hotel prices. At rosarito I thought I was saving money

Close to where we needed to go Not very helpful with checking in, security was rude no front parking to check in. Had to come to front desk for things that should have been given to me at check in. Elevators didn’t work had to carry bags up stairs. .offered to help me with luggage AFTER I struggled carrying everything from second floor parking garage to inside the hotel because the elevators didn’t work. Room service was not that great. Just didn’t feel like the same hotel I stayed at before.

It was a really nice experience. The room was very clean. The location is perfect, walking distance to every thing. You can’t bring your own beer to the pool area. ??
