Roslyn is a beautiful town. The hotel was clean. Staff was welcoming. We had a small issue with the shower drain and it was addresses and fixed quickly!

Room 111 also has way too much pressure in the shower. I did let the front desk know but nothing was done. It it very close to giving you a shower with a pressure washer. We have to return in a few weeks and hope to get another room. On the positive, this is one of the better hotels in the area and when visiting LIU and surrounding areas. The coffee in the morning is a wonderful and welcoming detail. The hotel rooms are very clean and seem to be updated since our last visit two years ago.

Nice property. Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and nice to have coffee in the lobby every morning. The staff are all very nice and helpful. We have stayed here while visiting our daughter twice now. It doesn’t have much around it. No restaurants or convenience stores in walking distance

Nice but have to pay for small extras like bottled water in the rooms to make coffee. Negates any deal made on accommodation.

The hotel was clean, loved that they had a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. My only complaint was that our sliding door to our bathroom wouldn't stay closed we had to jimmy it each time to get it to stay closed. But loved everything else about the hotel and it's staff.

Quiet and well-maintained property. Despite my post-midnight arrival, I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. Comfortable bed. I did not have breakfast there - there is a substantial charge for the buffet plus extra for to order items. Looked nice.
