La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roswell

no soap or sjhampoo ets, the refridgerator took forever to get cold, same with the a/c. when i asked the front desk how does the order out for work work, the clerk replied she didn't know, so I had to drive around town to find dinner for us. I was soooo angry!!!!!!!

Everything was great!

Room was beat on- patches in wall- damaged doors.

I would normally rate La Quinta a 5 but rating it a 3. They put us in handicapped because I said my spouse was a disabled veteran and had his service dog , but didn’t need the handicapped room . But I appreciated it but would have declined if I had known . The bathroom was old and stained , honestly gross ,, didn’t want to put my pair feet in the shower. the room was very small because of the handicapped bathroom . The other rooms I saw were much nicer . But great breakfast and dog friendly . Lovely staff .

My only real criticism is how dirty halls, floors and elevator were. Carpeting was very worn and stained. Hallways smelled old. The hotel needs a serious reconditioning and better care. Replaces that old stained hallway carpet. It just made the place fell icky. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints there at all. Put some ventilation on the breakfast room. It was hot and stuffy. Not my desirr to stay there again.

Bad breakfast, rooms not very clean, VERY HOT, and stinky

The dog area filled with thornes. Other dog owners who don’t pick up after their dogs, and a plethora of smoke butts all over the property

Was able to walk to softball fields Had to keys for room remade 3 times and each time only 1 card was working

okay but... not the cleanest rooms and the kitchen area was terrible, Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00. Went down and 6:30 and no coffee had even been made let alone anything else... total bust...

Friendly and very helpful

The rooms wasn’t very clean. The carpets looked as if they were not vacuumed. The paint job on the walls in the bathroom was very poor. The bathtub had a rusted drain. And the worst part, was the sink was clogged. So after one use, not knowing it was clogged, it filled up and stayed that way until we left. The staff wasn’t very friendly and at one point the receptionist was busy talking on her phone outside more than attending the desk. I will definitely pay more for a better hotel next time

It was close to Main Street The elevator floor was coming up it’s like they had a temporarily sticky flooring and it kept sliding but other then that it was okay

The location was ok. Not the nicest neighborhood, but Roswell isn't super nice in general. The bathroom was really dirty. We could. see some urine splashes on the wall.

Room was clean…bathroom was very small with sink outside of bathroom. Sink not in bathroom.

The bathroom was not throughly cleaned and the a/c was not that cool The pool water was not heated as described.

Needs to be updated. The ac was right next to the bed and blew directly on 1/2 the bed

People were great! Hotel needs some carpet cleaning and a few repairs, but ok for one night stay.

We had a great stay in Roswell. The front desk staff was excellent, breakfast was great, our room was spacious and in a great location.
