Free breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and other standard choices. Heated indoor pool Only con. They were redoing their roof so there were stacks of roofing material in the parking lot

The properties renovation should be done by this writing. Front desk was very friendly. Property was super clean, with most things recently replaced with new. Great mexican restaurant next door. A very nice stay.

Clean rooms

The staff was very helpful and polite! My room was clean!

It was amazing. It was just a little out of the busy areas. Nice location and located right by a Texas Roadhouse and a Mexican restaurant. If we come back we will definitely come back to this location. The only down side is no stairs, granted it is only 2 floors but those who tend to over pack/have littles may find it inconvenient.

Loved Roswell and all the attractions. Great place to stay. Need to make sure AC is on the breakfast area. It got super hot in the room and the guy running the breakfast area let all food run out and there was 10 people waiting for food.

The room was comfortable and very functional. The breakfsst was good with a good selection. The bottom of the bath tub sloped into the middle of the tub and it was a little slippery at times. The hotel did not provide mats for the tub to help prevent falls.

Area and location Nothing

Easy to enter and well lit. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming when I arrived and she provided information about the town that I requested. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel smelled amazing! Pool was perfect temperature, rooms were so clean and cold, we had enough towels. No complaints at all

Nothing Everything especially management

The front desk clerks were phenomenal and helpful! Nice breakfast, too. Housekeeping was lacking. We were there for a few days, and each morning, the alarm from an empty room across the hall went off and stayed blaring until I called the front desk about it. Housekeeping should take care to turn those off. One of the days, we discovered our alarm had been turned on, set for 3:30, when it had been off the previous days. Another day, housekeeping came and took all our towels but failed to return with new ones until we asked about it 6 hours later. They might need a refresher on what to do in a room. At least the rooms were clean! That was nice.

Breakfast was hot, but limited. The AC worked GREAT!! There is no elevator, but I didnt mind. The hotel is clean and the staff were amazing.
